DE is probably one of if not the easiest position on defence in the CFL to just drop a guy in with minimal issue...that's not the reason he hasn't got a shot with We'd rather dress a slug...or a bottom end roster guy that can only play teams and offer zero depth...

Just not giving Thomas and Korn reps will improve the whole oeverall aspect We need Person on...3 de's and honestl a 4th who adds something different ala Bailey and a real speed guy off edge would be ideal....when we had a legit dline...we had 4 guys who were not a drop off....and 2 import DY's who could play Woodbey is doing what they envisioned for Ayers...and he doing it damn well...drops into coverage...plays on end....up in middle flats.....so Ayers is redundant really and if they feel the meed to dress that additional import then put J.Jones in then....a guy who can play legit defensive reps in 2 spots in the LB core and plays ST....The 2 TD return game for Vaval interestingly enough Jones and Adams helped make that happen with key blocks on both TD's yup...the dude showed huge talent and major upside with more play....and then bam...shut right down for the 2 canadian slugs....and make it worse removed Adams too....Our best defensive front game of the yr....and we went totally away from what made it the best game...if that not an indication of a coaching staff with no clue I just dont know what is

He's been fine...he gets minimal reps but in those reps is assignment sound and garners attention Better plan would be to remove Ball for Bailey...Ayers for Adams....and with WJ...Vaughters...Person.Woods..Adams..Lawson...Bailey....no need for Thomas and use his spot for Vibert or Cobb and give your self extra receiver/returner depth....or Oline depth....but that would make us much better and a lot of semse...so it wont happen under this HC Ayers basically just plays teams...Woods..Adams and Bailey all can play teams, and get actual useful defensive reps....Wayching Thomas the last few games stumbling around on kick covergae, and on the short kick attempt was just pathetic and sad

over 150 yards last 2 games...for a guy who cant run sure gets decent yards since he took off brace and is getting his full health back....imagine eh? dont have to....you just need a playbook with roll outs...sprints,,,multiple motions...varied qb design runs...not just draws and runs up the gut....that is in it in general........and then use those plays accordingly....aka...have a complete full pro-ready playbook. hate to nitpick you but what are u yammering on about...he's ran for 72...and 82 yards last 2 starts....combined 152... he's ran for 260...ZC for 105.....also...remove all the qb sneaks from Strev's runs as well then and then do your recompute....we get it....you dont like him....move on...but if you wanna slag a guy...get your stats and metric right and also factor in situational plays

That what puts guys like Grant...Riley...Ritchie and Murphy apart....put best out there regardless of passport or position...just made it work....and a guy like Murphy would turf your ass day game too if you did stupid stuff....or just plain sucked Every one those coaches....you earned the spot, but also had to maintain it.....Ritchie in his later yrs had a fondness for some his vets, but at the least some them still could play....

Thats another thing...If the league wanted to be more visible...open up to more eyes and viewers...time to start breaking up their broadcast rights into multiple packages and market them to new stations...TSN is embarrasingly bad....and more times than not...especially with the Kate led panel cringe worthy to watch...and thats being polite...if someone was happening to be just channel surfing and stopped on some of their sctick for a moment....it ain't drawing them in...Up the production Bring in a NFL ran broadcast entourage....graphics...camera views....pbp and panel people... how they go about producing the game....It would be likely unrecognizable to the CFL fan....and in a good way

This has nothing to do with the NFL....or any possible fluid relationship....NFL doesnt need it...never will. I think this fear of only the beginning is also just fer mongering...League will never go to 4 downs...what point would that make. feeder league is nonesense.......feeder league would be a league where guys would be called up in season...and guys dropped into the CFL as well....U.S college feeds the league....CFL gets the scrps and the odd guys that slips thru said crack And more often than not...that guy gets a chance and within 1 ..2 yrs is right back anyway...the percentage of guys who are stars, and leave never to be back is probably less than 1% That 35 second clock thing....be insignificant I bet...
