Booch

is it not yhou have to pay a coach unless he is hired elsewhere?...If so some team may pick him up..why wouldnt they...he's wickedawesome no? Even if nobody doses this yr...Bump up a guy like Richie already on staff to run the ship till fall..No harm..no foul...no extra cost...And at the least for this yr allows you to determine if the HC was the issue If Richie gets a shift in what we are doing...all of a sudden a change in philosophy and how we are playing and preparing...Players are actually given a shot...and perform, maybe he wants the job moving forward, or at least gives you the buffer until we find someone else Cleaning house top to bottom is the last resort method and done when literally everything is a lost cause and failing all over....It's not there yet and finding the issue by power of deduction...in a controlled manner is the best course to take

we used to have an embarrassment of riches/talent...now...we just are embarrassment and a case study on how to eff up a juggernaut and what not to do to reload and stay there

we lucked out with a last end game drive to beat CGY as well when the defence wilted late in 4th quarter....and any smart person knows we would have lost to Ham if BLM didnt go down...we are lucky to have the wins we do...smoke and mirrors at it's finest we dont know that until some guys are given a chance...and maybe some shuffling of guys already on roster...we have did the exact same thing all games this yr...only deviation was by forced injury I say to hell with the cap...start the process now...we could catch lightniing in a bottle and go on a late season run....this set up tho...no chance or used him off edge as a DE...Why not just use...a DE???

or HC and drop Osh...Or let Richie be game day quality control...assess the team...pick the roster and let Osh wear the headset and play HC...That be a start too

we just honored Cal Murphy...we need to maybe channel a bit of what he did when team/players/coaches were under performing.... Diff with Bouno and Murph...they made people accountable...knew when to cut ties even if it seemed like the unpopular decision...and they took ownership He also relied on for the most part his team having studs in their prime who self coached almost...self policed and definately held others accountable...He was in cruise control...Now he doesn't have that...and he has no clue how to correct it...cause his first time he had the issue and it was fixed...it was the influx of the guys who essentially ran the room...and he didnt have to assess and realize talent..now he does...and he cant tho I agree..the one big run was when we put Korn back out there after not a snap since around quarter 1 and he just got engaged and washed away for a huge hole...like why at that point in game have him out there You dont have to gut the whole top end...Thats fire sale wholesale rebuild...total upheaval...And I truly dont think we need that...Start at HC...If its an internal promote for this yr so be it and see how that pans out...Walters has had 1 HC choice and it went well...till it didnt...and he deserves the opp to see this season thru and even next yr too, and if things keep flailing..then that is time to decide on him Even Richie to see the season out as temporary is fine, and we would be no worse off...but turfing it all...makes no sense..

its called Oshin....thats why...He has a fav...and thats that...regardless of results or talent level...and definately not potential..

Tho I agree with you for most part...You cant just keep saying it's lack of talent and point the most blame on Walters and his crew...this is a mess with the majority of it placed right at Osh's feet I dont think its a lack of trust by Osh...Its a lack of ability to see the issues...and do anything about it....And end of the day regardless of who and what was brought to camp...he picks the roster..he sets the agenda on the how we do things and why...he is in charge of things..Like full stop he is the HC and the final product...or lack there of is his...plain and simple...and if his Co-Ords aren not gtting it done...Fire them...step in and balst them...Take control and start calling things yourself...tho he admittingly has said he has not much skill with the x and o portion of things so we are essentially a rudderless ship...and makes sense when you pull back and take a 300foot view...... In the early yrs we seen basically this whole scene we have now...Relience on old players...his fav's....guys who had zero fire...and had a foot out the door pretty much and was basically told to make some changes and reluctantly did so...Then he got provided with a stacked lineup of guys in their prime...guys who really didnt need to be coached...they were that good...He gave onus on things to his in their prime vets...they controlled the room and the vibe..He even admittingly said himself he rarely goes in the room and for most part doesnt know really the atmosphere and whats going on...he allowed the pieces to do the work..and they did..and we dominated...He was just the HC who was credited with the end result...lauded for it...But really did minimal work to arrive at the end result Now in the past 4 yrs... he leaned on that until the blood was bled right out of his team and allowed some younger guys to leave holding true to what he only knew would work...or used to or figured will...Cling to the past...lean on an abundance of vets and new blood needs to sit and be patient...and basically rot away.......and he also let blood and guts guys go...ones who worked asses off not just in practice...but games...They knew to fight and claw their way to stay in lineup...Bailey being an example of one...But there were others He is now back to where he was in the early yrs...a HC who I dont think knows how to actually coach up players....assess talent...Make smart decisions...Leading up to a game...as well as in game...He is unable to build anything not just from scratch...but in a transitional or reloading type of phase...He I dont thjink is as good as he gets credit for..Actually I dont think it...I know it...its obvious And really if this is the seasons trajectory admin cap be damned we need to part ways....team needs a new voice...This isnt a this yr issue...And if he is as great as many like to think he will be snapped up by another team and then we wont have to pay him to sit at home and twidddle his thumbs he literally laughed it off in his initial comment...like wtf?!?!?...If I was Miller I'd have pulled him aside afterwards and lit his ass up! there is none...zero....Osh just smirks...looks confused...stares up at the big screen or looks at his call sheet...He should be up and down the sideline in players faces....coaches too....He should mid drive be yanking a guy off the field and replacing him...and if his Coord doesnt like it...so effin what..He's the HC so take control...take ownership...deliver consequences...Ship with no rudder we are...and I am relegated to accept a Captain who cant drive anyway

Always an excuse...always no reason to be concerned....always

I've been observing..and saying it..not many seemed to wanna listen..got lotsa "ya but's" tho
