  1. Dobson had many OLE moments throughout the game. He was constantly being pushed back into the pocket. Not trying to absolve Kola, but Dobson was straight up losing his man on man blocking assignments.
  2. Can't challenge horse collar tackle.
  3. They sell it at Walmart.
  4. Toronto mauled our OL. I don't suspect that will happen again. We seem to have a game like that every 5-6 games for some reason then the hogs get po'ed and dominate for a few.
  5. That would be my guess. I believe the PR increases for a few weeks and then goes back to regular just before the last game so that teams can bring in guys for a late season look and give prospects for next year some things to work on before they come to camp.
  6. Yea...the scoreboard really did flatter the Argos to a great degree. We didn't make the inches when we needed them and that was our downfall on the day. We left 16 points out there.
  7. Liam Dobson was the biggest problem I saw out there. He lost nearly every 1v1 to Ceresna he had.
  8. PJ Walker represents a bonafide chance at moving on from McCheese. I would be excited if I were a Stamps fan.
  9. The last couple years of Darvin's time here were mired in injuries and inconsistency, but he did give us a few really good years of production and big play capability. You are correct that it was time to move on, but you are also glossing over a number of years he was a consistent 1000 yard guy for us that played football the right way. Bailey was a warrior who did everything we asked of him and did it for peanuts. Are we better off without him....well with the emergence of Wheatfall and Wilson it would be pretty hard to argue that we aren't. He played his heart out for us though. Over rated...maybe...but that's because fans respected his game.
  10. When Jake Maier is the best in your QB stable you gotta turn over every stone looking for a new QB.
  11. The best DB in the CFL. PERIOD. No one knows his name except every QB and OC in the CFL because they simply must game plan to never throw his way.
  12. Holm is a very solid HB. Unless we are picking up an all-star it is hard to see how we could do better. If his salary expectation is nutso, sure, our scouting has clearly demonstrated that they are unbelievably good at recruiting DBs...but otherwise we would be nuts to let him go.
  13. Anyone who can say that Milligan is more deserving of MOP than Brady with a straight face has the football IQ of a peanut shell....and I might be giving them the benefit of the doubt with that comparison.
  14. Not a tough accomplishment since their defence is atrocious this year.
  15. NFL bound this offseason according to X. His mother apparently been tweeting for a couple months about it.
  16. I would be gobsmacked if he didn't return for another year.
  17. Anytime you are trotting out a 40 year old QB you are taking a gamble on your season. Especially one who playing the best he is able to nets you a .500 record.
  18. Cody is a perfect example of film study shutting down a QB. He is a creature of habit. For the first 10 starts of his career in Regina he was on fire, until defences studied the film and figured out that he defaulted to retreating and spin-o-rama when under pressure and then he was awful until he re-invented his game. Now defences have figured out his new tendencies and he has been pretty average to below average as this season has gone on.
  19. Even little things like tendencies and physical read give-aways take some time to find but once you've got them you've got them. Every QB has his tells, you just gotta figure them out. When a rookie comes in they are unpredictable because you just can't read off their eyes or physical tendencies and that's a big advantage for them. Once opposing defences are able to decipher that he (eg.) drops his shoulder, or points his toes a certain direction before doing this or that....the field shrinks big time for them. Just adding to your point...I know you are aware of this.
  20. I heard it was chiseled on a stone tablet that he kept in his yard....but unfortunately it was all in Roman numerals.
  21. I heard that Sammy kind of liked it.
  22. Those guys are like 80 years old now though. The younger generation (under 50 now) never gave 2 craps until they had fluked off a Grey Cup in 89. I shall call them the telethon days.
  23. Their culture will never be fixed until the sheeple over there that call themselves Rider fans demand they do so. Based on the delusions I've read from them since the suspension was announced, I don't think that's going to happen. They are literally furious over the suspension!? What kind of mouth breather would ever defend a hit like that? Just the most classless and delusionary fanbase. It's a conspiracy against them they say....SMH.
  24. Me too....and I don't think it's petty for Jets fans to feel that way about him. He needed a dose of reality.
  25. McGro isn't likely to be in the Pittsburgh lineup either. He has played like dog-poo so far.
