I never said it has no basis in fact. I said it is not fully researched. It could very well be grounded in fact. At no point have I stated that my opinon isn't factual, I have simply said that I haven't done the leg work to confirm that. At any rate I hold it in high regard because it is mine. Typical of what you guys do on these political threads though, someone expresses an opinion you don't like you resort to labelling and belittling, Must be taking lessons from Trudeau. lol At any rate, I have my opinion of Biden, I have expressed it and I have given you my reasons for it and that it is simply my gut telling me to dislike him based on some very incoherent babbling of his in news clips I have seen and my American friends describing the train wreck their economy has become since he gained power. I really wonder how partisan you guys are to defend a guy that even the majority of his own party doesn't want to run again. We done here?

Dude...seriously....look in the mirror. I shared my opinion which I freely admitted is based on what I have seen of him on newsreels and what others have told me about him. You felt the need to chastise me for holding that opinion mainly because it varies from your own. If you have a more informed opinion, right on good for you but that doesn't mean I need to change mine or that I don't have the right to mine or to express it. I made no pretense that it was an informed opinion everyone should share. I don't understand why you get so worked up when someone holds the opinion that Biden or Trudeau are not their preferred leaders. I don't need to submit a resume to have these opinions. They are mine and I am not trying to convince anyone to join me in my opinion.

My opinion may not be worthwhile to you, but it certainly is to me. I hold it in high regard and I own it. Nothing you say diminishes that. I actually don't hold either in particularly high regard. Both are a cesspool. Amreican politics in general is pretty disturbing. I lean to the right of the political spectrum, but I have not seen any parties that are remotely close to centre anymore.

If that offends your sensibilities that's your issue not mine. You guys asked what makes me think that way, and I was honest about it. I think it is hyper hypocritical for anyone to suggest that they have never formed an uninformed opinion of something or someone so save your indignation. I don't like the guy, he comes off as a buffoon to me. I have heard him speak and he makes me cringe. All the reason I need to want him gone. He irritates me.

What factual reasons are there to dispute my opinion of him. I don't need to justify my stance as I freely admit it is an opinion. I have the luxury of not having to do a deep dive into their politicians because I don't have a vote. Therefore, I will freely admit my opinion is based mostly on what my American friends and relatives seem to think of him.

I think he is corrupt and borders on incompetence. An opinion that the majority of Americans seem to agree with. I think the world needs better from an American president right now. I don't really care if it's the GOP that beats him, or his own party that pushes him out in order to keep the White house. Either would be a satisfying outcome for me.

Perhaps, but one can hope. Certainly they can't do worse than Trump and even he would beat Biden in a rematch.

That is excellent. I wish all politicians could be subpoenaed to answer for their empty promises and platitudes.

I hope Trump gets completely blown out of the political spectrum so that the Republicans can field a serious candidate and wipe the floor with Biden in the next election. That would be getting rid of two birds with one stone.

I have an old TV at the lake that I drag down to the dock so I can watch games, Haven't replaced it because I figure that one day I will probably drop it in the drink after a few too many wobbly pops and this way I won't care. I am thankful that both games will be played on home turf, IG West and IG Field. IG West will host the uglier fans, but our win/loss record there is very good.

Pretty much a mirror image of what Migs was saying on Riderfans, so if it walks like a duck and talks like a duck....just saying. It wasn't that he posted we should have respect for the Riders....this guy was suggesting we should be fearing them because their RB is not quite as good as the Stamps elite RBs we just faced and beat...and for that he deserves the rough ride he got.
