Read earlier this season that Helle's NCAA goalie coach was the influence for him to keep his glove hand low... part of the big and boring thing. I think the glove hand isn't as much of a problem if Helle comes out more to cut the angles. I think that might be Flaherty's influence, none of the Jets goalies really challenge the shooter. Comrie just got shelled and then pulled in the Moose game last night... I think he's a ways away from NHL...

Laine didn't tail off until Maurice split him and Scheif... before that he was on pace for a point a game. He looks lost on the RHD on the powerplay... no chance of a one timer - but that's Maurice's strategy... so I guess its working. ha

Beyond comprehension to see Laine-Little-Ehlers as our third line... Laine just looks like all his energy has been drained by Maurice's overthinking.

No one said we were going all national... I said we have two starting nationals on the lines and a bunch of backups that are unknown commodities - while I think Couture, Corney and Butcher will all make the team and become starters - that's just my opinion... Walters is in a position to draft BPA in the first round - maybe gamble on a player with NFL interest... If Radford's there in the 6th I'd love to see a WR/ST guy... but with four picks in the first 3 rounds, the bombers likely already end up with 3 roster-ready players and a 'homerun' prospect, like Ankou or Auclair...

I really want to meet all these people...

Amazing to listen to Lawless, Wiebe, etc etc just keep saying that Maurice is a smart guy and will figure out a way to fix the power play... after its basically tanked since Maurice moved Laine off the first unit. Nothing to see here folks... carry on.

Doesn't look much different from our OL - 2 solid starters and a bunch of unknowns with serious potential... Really think Herdman ends up as one of the bombers two first round picks - they'll never stop looking for another OShea... Still not sold on a WR in the first round - pick up a good DB or WR in the 2nd... Right now, my top six would be Herdman, Woods, Gray, Bladek, Mulumba, Ekakitie

Not sure I agree... Thomas is not an every down player and Tennant/Butcher/Corney are all still unknowns... I think Ankou's huge pro day really threw a wrench into the bombers first overall plans... Could see the Bombers reaching for Behar at #6
