Starting to look like Walters was sick of us complaining that he couldn't find receivers. Some great depth across the board. Our QB depth sure is looking nice too.

This game is a lot more what I was hoping to see out of these receivers (that we didn't really see last game). Whitehead, Nelson, Lawler, Walker, Bailey. What do we do?

Bennett back on top! Throwing into the wind and still managed to lead the receiver. Unreal. Two games in a row that Bennett has thrown a deep touchdown.

Kind of incredible that Tui Eli went from being someone that "experts" didn't even think would still play football, to now trying out as a backup centre.

If I was a Rider coach or fan, I sure would be curious what any receiver not named "Roosevelt" is capable of. Looks like from this game they'll have no idea.

I knew we didn't re-sign him but didn't realize that Sask picked him back up.

If I was a Rider fan I wouldn't be too excited right now. The fact that we have a D full of nobodies on the field and their O still had to rely on Roosevelt and Powell (their top two O players) is a bit concerning. Our biggest play came from Whitehead and we connected with Peterman, Wolitarsky, our fullback etc. (against their starting O).

I don't disagree, and I loved that play by Whitehead, I just remember Lankford on a first play touchdown against Ottawa a few years back and he didn't turn into the next star receiver. I want Whitehead and Nelson on the team, but want to see if Lawler is the real deal too because he runs great routes, highpoints the ball, and has solid hands.
