So I was reading today about the provinces slamming the feds for cutting back on healthcare repayments for Canadian military personal, who apparently aren't covered under provincial plans. Can I just say that this is dumb and that Canadian military personal should be covered under provincial plans like everybody else.

4766 yards passing, 17 TD passes, 20 interceptions in 23 games the past two seasons. That's 207 yards passing per game, with less than a TD per game and almost one turnover per game.
