Stafford is a very good QB who has played for a terrible franchise. No playoff wins since the 1991 season and like one win since 1957. He'd look good in SF or Indy.

Strictly speaking while it is a ceremonial position, you need one under the current system. PM = Head of government, Monarch =Head of State, GG=Monarch's rep thus acts as Head of State.
