Naturally guys are going to want starter carries and we have 3 starters vying for touches for 1.5 running backs Side note- whatever happened to that tall canadian receiver that we drafted that got an nfl look? Well Milt shouldn't factor in as hes pretty much undisputed as the best pass catcher in cfl history. They wouldn't have paid milt that kind of money in his 3rd year in the league, I don't think. But I could be wrong

In my opinion, and I do see Lawler as one of the top 3 guys in the league, If he's anywhere near that number I'm letting him walk. See whats left over in free agency for scraps or comes at a team friendly price and get Danny Mac and Co out there finding talent. It seems every year there's a couple new break through guys. Not to mention if the bombers can find a guy who exits for the nfl and doesn't stick half way through the season they have that route to go. I think its mental paying 200 for a receiver. 175 is where I would draw the line

Yeah, I mean 260 k is insane. The riders will find out this year that the recieving crew isn't the problem, its their qb and online. God damn id rather scout raw rookies and hope one sticks then pay that

Id definitely want walker here if Lawler leaves. Not for 200k plus mind you. I would say the agent is right. Edmonton was a dumpster fire
