Hey...finally something we can agree on.

Buck has almost nothing to do with trading for Tait. Even the biggest Buck fans know he's not the future. Even people who think he should start the next game know he's not the future. Even if he starts, stays helthy, gets us in the playoffs, he's not the future.
Tait would be the future. This has everything to do with how you feel about Tait. Will he be healthy? How good is he? Is he an ass? What would he cost? Would you rather make a play for Bo Levi, Drew Willy, Collaros? Are you willing to start up 2014 with Goltz? Those are the decsions. Buck is irrelevent.

There are very few if any things that could make me question my fandom but Troy Westwood being relied on to provide an educated decision on the future of the Bombers would be near the top of the list.
Yeah this is what scares me too. If Westwood thinks Wade being made CEO is a good thing, it makes me question if it really IS a good thing.

Yeah I'm with those that DON'T want Tate here. He's a headcase and gets injured like Buck does. We don't need more crap here, we need someone with a better attitude then that.
We need someone who can be the face of the Bombers like Khari or Buck. Remember when Khari was here and his face was painted all over the cities bus's? They did great PR with that and got butts in the seats. You don't want some jackass to be your QB. I second Colleros or Mitchell.

Well I hope he proves me wrong but I just don't see it. And the other coaches on the team aren't exactly a winning bunch, so their testimony doesn't really hold much weight to me.yet at the same time Goltz has talked about how PIerce has helped him and talked positively about Pierces being the veteran guy. The other coaches on the team have said they believe Pierce can do it. I just don't think we as fans are at all capable of judging how a current player could transition into a coaching role. I mean who the hell thought that Jarius Jackson could be a qb coach?

I just find it funny that people assume Buck would be a great coach simply because he's a nice guy.
That was my thoughts too. Why does everyone assume he's going to be a good QB coach? Don't you think if he was, he'd already have been showing the younger guys a thing or two and they'd be way better by now? I'm not saying he isn't, but to me it just doesn't seem like he is.

We don't even have a tv in our room. Not that I was going to watch anything but the game. I couldn't even hit the chat room cause the Internet was so crappy due to cloudiness. I guess I didn't miss much.

My family and I are in BC for almost three weeks kind of all over. We leave Vancouver the morning of the game so I'm missing it by one night.

Our future qb coach is on our roster right now. If I was Burke, I'd tell Buck his days are done & make him our qb coach. Let him stay with the organnization. If he says no then cut him.

I have seats behind the Bomber bench and so I was able to watch the interaction between the QBs.
Pierce looked like he was working well with Goltz through out the game. They were constantly talking and going over things together. Hall would poke his nose in there some times too.
When Goltz made a play Pierce was the first to congratulate him coming off the sidelines.
Ok, we'll then I take that back. When I watched last game it mostly looked like I saw him sitting on the bench.
But I agree with some others. We need a QB for our young Goltz to help him out. I don't think Buck is enough. And Crowton is too busy with the rest of the offence.

If Hall does start, does he get Max protection?

If they relegate Buck to 3rd string or cut him outright we would have
