100%. Add to that the constant complaints from fans about any kind of quality game/pre-game/post game experience etc and this is what happens. The team needs to take notes from Wade and engage fans outside of the stadium, add entertainment to draw fans to games early and most importantly put a winning product together. Changing the team name and spending all of that money does exactly none of that. But it will create bad press and more drama that takes away from putting attention on what's actually happening on thebfield

I'm not talking about whether the name change would be popular or not. Re-branding is extremely expensive. The Elks are seemingly not in a position to be spending money on yet another re-brand. Re-branding right now would be dumb and just throwing money at a problem.

This would be a remarkably bad business move.

I'm not disagreeing totally with you. But theres no way for any of us to know of ots overstated or not as none of us has access to salary information. I was just pointing out that Lawler and schoen aren't costing us money right now. They're salary could be much higher and impact would be similar. They brought in 1 wr that would potentially cost more in Lucky, the others are on entry level deals likely.

Outside of hurting the team on the field. Them not playing is probably a positive in the financial sense. They don't cost the team money when they're on the 6 game.

He called a better game than an OC that had 36 plays or something....it was still not a great game by Buck. I'm really hoping theyre just saving Brady for the last bit of the season because IMO he's still not getting enough touches.

Once again, the amazing command centre decided to show up randomly and reverse a call (the first no yards in 1q....not the fake attempt). I just don't understand the criteria for the command centre to get involved....seems to be completely random
