  1. Yup, and this is where it gets confusing. Cause those things aren't really scheme related...kinda. I mean if the DB's are constantly missing assignments, they should maybe look at making changes to those assignments. However, had they done their job and not missed the assignments, maybe they could have been a lock down D. So this is where it's hard to tell if it's the players or the scheme. Likely a little of both. Maybe they made the changes, maybe they didn't. No one outside of the locker rooms knows. But the missed assignments happened all year without fail . And missed tackles are just bad execution for the most part.
  2. How many do they have under contract?
  3. Uhhh wasn't he undeafeted as a Hammy QB for a while, it was just the injuries kept taking him out of games. Maybe he wasn't undeafeted, but he certainly put the league on notice his first couple years in Hamilton. To say once he left TO he lost it, is just not true.
  4. Not Oshea, but Hall for sure. Likely replaced by Oshea and another coach already on staff.
  5. I could be wrong, but I'm thinking the additions he's speaking of are yet to come. As in this up coming FA/February. And no one has walked yet, as FA starts in FEB not Nov 26th.
  6. Big fat NO to bringing durant here. Guy is done.
  7. I hope he can get back to his old form. But I question whether or not he can stay healthy.
  8. I totally forgot about Jovon. I meant mostly that they have key pieces in every spot. Gainey, Jefferson, Muamba. They really only need to add a few more to get there. It's true that Gainey was gifted A LOT. But you don't get double digit INTs by accident. I hope to god they fall flat on their face, but I honestly see them doing well next year on the Defensive side of the ball.
  9. Thing with Bridge is, he always came into games after the fact. He rarely started. Hard to maintain that success if your starting every week. But we will see. Glenn is Glenn...he'll put up his numbers and all the fans will be convinced they are GC bound. Then Glenn will remind them all why he's been on almost every team. I honestly think the SSK Defence will be a force next year. They have the secondary/Dline and LB's assuming the key pieces are back.
  10. How does moving 2 pieces around seem like a good idea? Especially when 1) Chungh has played very well at RG, 2) he has a good thing going with Hardrick, and 3) Neuf played LG just fine. Even if you don't have Neuf in there, why not just put Couture into the LG spot? Less moving disruption of what has been working just fine.
  11. Moe Khan on Twitter trying to figure out if Danny Barrett is going to be HC in MTL
  12. Don't you know? All the players on a Defense that gave up the amount of yards/points the bombers did are trash! ALL OF THEM!!!!!
  13. +1 for best comment of 2017
  14. I really liked it overall. The visuals in the IMAX 3D were fantastic. Other things I liked..not really knowing where Rey/Ren land on the force scale...good? Bad? I liked that Reys parents where no bodies (assuming they were and Ren wasn't lying) Shows that the Force is open(or opening) to everyone, and not just a select few (can the force evolve?). The slave kids at the end where very reminiscent of Anakin and even Luke as young ones. Looking forward to the expansion on that story line. I didn't like that Luke died, but I get it. With no Snoke, Luke had to go. Balance ya'll. And of course the Leia scene was lame. Bad idea all around. The whole, these big ships cant destroy a tiny fleet was....plausible I guess? But felt like reaching. I loved all the new weapons though. When Luke came to the resistance, I wasn't expecting him to fight Rey, thought he would talk to him and be killed and do the whole yoda/obi thing. So I wasn't too disappointed with the limited action he had. Yoda was awesome, and anyone notice Rey stole the books? Which is why I'm guessing Yoda was ok with burning that place down. Anyway, a good amount of holes. But overall, I really liked it. Can't wait to see it again!
  15. Wonder if there is any hostility in the locker room because of the last 2 GC's?
  16. That's a fair point. But at the same time, there's still a 0.00001% chance that someone might see it who has the correct connections and can make something happen. Even if it's not with your organization. Maybe I'm biased as I wouldn't have the career I have now if I had continued to follow the protocol. I agree that it likely doesn't look good, and likely won't work. BUUUUT, it might. And it's that small little chance that makes people like Randle (people who need to do everything they possible can to gain an advantage) do these types of things. Anyway, I know you're a fan of Randles and I do respect your opinion. Just trying to help explain why someone is driven to do weird things like that. When you want something that bad, you do everything and anything you can think of to get it. Even if that means looking like a desperate idiot.
  17. Oh....well....now i just feel like a jackass
  18. You're out of touch if you think the person behind their social media is a "kid". They are legit the face of the business. Your social media presence is extremely important in todays world. Aaand players/agents/teams dont care how players are discovered. Every shot you dont take is a miss. Whats the harm?
  19. Cause he's cool!!!!
  20. And when that **** ain't workin, you gotta think outside the box.
  21. McCowan shtick is so lame. Like, take the sunglasses off and learn something you old hack.
  22. Right! It really isn't that messed up. Things like that happen pretty often when hiring a head coach. I don't understand the all the "messed up" comments on Social media.
