I dont think the Esks will lose 2 of their final 3 games considering who will they be facing - BC, Ham & Tor So we would like the Lions to win tonight to at least make it easier for us.

I'm OK with - 5 yrs for Walters and 3 yrs for O'Shea I love how Walters improved the Canadian content of this team over the course of 3 seasons after Mack left the cup bare. And you need stability in the GM position. Bombers still need some good turnout from their US scouting though. I think 3 years for Head Coach is the norm.

Vet backup/depth... At the start of the season, no one knows how Couture will fare and you don't want the kid to be thrown out to the wolves. It's a good thing he fared pretty well but still you need to have a (vet) backup just in case. Their salaries don't count on the SMS though while they were on the 6-game. Keeping, I believe is now on his 3rd trip on the 6-game while Neufeld his 2nd.

Walters showed a lot of progress in his 3rd yr as a GM. Does he belongs to the elite? No, at least not yet. But he showed he can do his job well.
