  1. STE pays off
  2. It was about the only time he was left in one on one man coverage.
  3. I don't get the shell shocked thing. He stands in the pocket takes a sack when there is nothing down the field yes but I am sure that's what the Lapo teaches. I also don't think people who are behind Nichols think he playing like HOF QB right now. He makes enough big plays during the game to get the job done. It seems like every time the opposition opens a crack for the Bombers offense either by some big penalties or turn overs they make them pay. 5 for 5 in the red zone.
  4. Big hit by Hecht though.
  5. Me too I thought he did a excellent job a couple times of not chasing the tackle but setting the edge and forcing the returner into the middle of the field. Overall thought the bombers did a really good job forcing the returner to back where there was tons of help to make a tackle.
  6. The TD pass to Harris the Esk dline bit really hard on the Whitehead coming across the backfield.
  7. Watching Whitehead last night not sure if it is because he wears #7 but he reminded me of Dressler in his prime with a extra gear or two. Can beat you over the top or catch a hitch and go 40 yards to the house.
  8. HH to Justin Medlock he hit one bad one punt but then has made that sidewinder kick really work for him. When he hits it perfect its really hard to return. Got to give him credit he has become one of the best directional punters in the league. Has come so far from when he first got here in that aspect of his game.
  9. Good teams win games that they have no business winning. How many times in the past 10 years has Calgary played really crappy and won the game. The Bombers at the moment have so much talent on this roster that they can overcome poor play.
  10. It was 3 to 3 in turnover battle. Harris had a bad game but hey he has won us 10x more games than he has had bad games since he has been here. It will be good for next week because he is going to be pissed all week. A highly motivated Andrew Harris can be unstoppable at times.
  11. Back to back games with a efficiency rate of over 120 for Nichols. 6 TD 1 Int I’ll take that QB play any day.
  12. Bombers always did a good job managing his work load so he could play.
  13. Thought they were a lot better in the second half
  14. Like always Bombers do two things and they win. 1. Win the turnover battle 2. Limit penalties Pretty simple formula for the Bombers over the past four years
  15. Maybe they should not start 10 Canadians
  16. I am sure it will never happen because I don't think Walby would want to travel but that would be awesome to get him back in the booth.
  17. Raiders in the 70's a lot of the guys wore cast like pads even though they did not have any broken bones. The refs would check the guys in pre game warm ups and they would not have them on but after that the trainers used to be able to get them on before the game.
