... especially the QB position. We can't trust FA (obviously) to do it, we need to help ourselves, no one else seems to want to. I hope Burris signs, not because I really wanted him or don't think he couldn't help in the short term, but simply because we need some kind of good news as fans of this team, especially in this area. SERIOUSLY though, start producing our own QB's!
Some Bomber fans have demonstrated time and time again that they do not have the patience required to develop a new qb.
fixed it for you ...

This is precisely why Danny McAnus was hired...to recruit QBs.
... or any of the hires of the last three decades since we developed Dieter Brock

Good signing, one the few FA's we have that I didn't want to see leave ...

I actually remember reading about this guy when I was looking up stuff on Torrey Smith.
He was ranked as a top 5 safety in his draft year by Mel Kiper and then his new DC moved him to LB and he got hurt and well, he's just kind of fallen off the map a bit I guess. I wonder where we'll have him line up. I feel like he's going to be a guy they'll fit in wherever we can.
Could be a great SAM or WIL based on his skillset, sort of like a bigger Diamond Ferri. Why he's never really got a NFL shot is a question mark after a great NCAA career on the field and in the classroom, but not a whole lot of risk to take a look.

Why would we want buck as a qb coach???? Only because he has roots here that's a horrible reason to hire a guy.
Is it because of his stellar play with the Blue.....????
Is it his style which only worked when he would scramble and make a play on the fly with his legs???
Is it because he looked focus on the sidelines when he played and that he never appeared to be dazed or spaced out???
I see zero reason for him to be qb coach.
I'd rather they bring in a guy who with a good reputation for game planning and good with his x and o's and someone who could mentor.
Funny, I never saw that ... it's a helmet Buck ...

What's ahead this year ... this team has seemed to be spinning it's wheels for many years. Is this the year the team moves forward and we start to resemble a real CFL organization or will we end up with more of the same, recycled players and going the cheap way? Hard to believe it's been 10 years this year since we got rid of one of our more effective coaches Dave Ritchie and traded Khari. Save for parts of 2007 and 2011 (both of which were Grey Cup losing years) this franchise has not moved very far forward since those early 2000's squads.

Good riddance ...

Speaking of Lancaster Bomber ... with a name like this I gotta try this some time ...

Vega is solid and IMO we missed him last year. Good move and it does speak well that he chose to come back here ...

Eagle Keys still around? How about George Brancato?
Eagle Keys is dead but he's still better than Kelly Brancato is going to Ottawa

Rod Rust ... to complete that unfulfilled 2005 campaign when he mysteriously disappeared and then turned up as the DC for the Renegades in 2006 before they folded! He was born in 1928 so he's a young 85. Just think of the experience this man has! He's been coaching since 1960! Who's with me, let's get on this bandwagon ...

What is it about the Bombers always getting the table scraps from other teams? Guess we'll see how this works out but on the other site Marshall was mentioned as being in the mix as well ... ARGGHHHH!

What ism Mark Nelson's status? Have we interviewed him? He seemed like a genius when he was here (then again that was during the Kelly years)
Anyone standing next to Kelly on the sideline tends to look that way
