Week 3 Non-Champs Games
Suicide pass from Rourke.

Week 3 Non-Champs Games
I haven't forgotten what Andrew Harris did for us when he was here, but given his total lack of accountability for last season which played a large part in his departure, I'm hardly shedding a tear watching him struggle in Toronto.

Week 3 Non-Champs Games
It would make their roster make-up quite interesting next year. A big reason why they were able to be as aggressive as they were signing people was because of how little was allocated to the QBs.

Week 3 Non-Champs Games
Quite the difference between these offensive lines. Argos getting caved in. Rourke meanwhile has perfect pockets more often than not. Argos missing Shane Ray tonight who was quite effective to start the year.

Week 3 Non-Champs Games
I remember the complaints about the cottage crowds. Always found that laughable and to be a lazy excuse to be honest. If you have a good product PLUS, good, effective marketing, fans will come. Speaking of, and maybe it's because I'm working from home and not listening to radio on the way to work like in years past, but it seems our marketing has been lacking. Yeah I know they tried the white out thing last night, but in terms of seeing or hearing a commercial on TV or the radio, I would have had no idea there was a football game last night. Throws a pretty ball, no doubt. Good for him.

Week 3 Non-Champs Games
I think that plays a part in it too. I remember in the early 2000's, the season typically started on Canada Day weekend, or the weekend before. I always felt a Canada Day start was perfect, for obvious reasons.

Week 3 Non-Champs Games
My bad, 23,600. Still hardly an impressive number considering the very large majority of the seats are covered from the elements. East teams, bottom line, are not an easy sell for the west. It's always been that way.

Week 3 Non-Champs Games
East teams are a tough sell. I mean the Bombers, two time defening champions, facing the team they beat both times drew 22K on a Friday night last night.

That #51 for the Riders on the line is an absolute POS.

I thought the Riders were the best team in the league? At least that's what that clown John Hodge was saying this week.

2022 CFL Season - Back 2 Back Champs News
2022 CFL Hall of Fame inductees announced a few moments ago: Dave Ritchie (Builder) **** Thornton Keith Evans (Builder) Roy Shivers (Builder) Ricky Ray Paul McCallum Chip Cox Tim Tindale Glen Suitor (Media) Ed Willes (Media) IMO - The league should be embarrassed it took this long to get Papa Dave/Dave the Bear into the Hall. Absolute legend in every sense of the word. Chip Cox is a meh for me. Solid player in his time. Worthy of being mentioned among the all-time greats? Hardly.

2022 CFL Season - Back 2 Back Champs News
Overall, I feel great when keeping things I'm context. I think the obvious points of concern are running back and left guard. Hopefully Dobson factors in soon. I'm not concerned about safety because BA is coming back soon. Hopefully that helps Rose as well but at the same time I'd hope Rose is on thin ice by now. I'm loving our front 7. No concerns there whatsoever. Legs....seems better than last year but still has lots of room to grow. As frustrating as the issues are, I hope we don't cut bait too soon. I'd hate to see a repeat of what happened with Lirim (yes I know we added Money Medlock later on) by cutting a Canadian too early and watching him flourish elsewhere.

TSN's Panel & Crew
The thing about the "Manning casts" is that they have that on a seperate network, ESPN2. If you want a standard broadcast, you can watch that as well on standard ESPN. ESPN has it figured out. They give fans a choice based on what kind of experience they want. TSN meanwhile forces you to suffer through their crap, most of which is bush league at best. Typically defences show much stronger at the beginning of the year that offences. All things being equal, I'm sure our offence will be just fine in a couple of weeks.

Week 2 - The Champs @ RedBlacks - GDT
Vintage Lapo. The offence is rolling, so let's get super cute and high risk! Moronic.

Time for Winston Rose to go.

Als v. Argos
Not sure what more Khari could have done? Harris settled in when it mattered the most, and the idiot kicker missed a chip shot field goal. Aside from massaging the kickers shoulders and holding his hand, I'm not sure else could have been done 🤷♂️

Als v. Argos
Yep. Absolutely horrendous.

Als v. Argos
Not the best example of CFL football tonight...🤮🤮🤮
