Receivers at DE
There's a lotta great moments that weren't on TV. Westwood nailing a 55 yarder to win in 2003 wasn't on TV....maybe most criminally is Dunigan's 713, which has NO video footage anywhere. It straight up doesn't exist...

that's the infamous Arland Bruce 4 TDs game........definitely have that one and watch semi-regularly. Actually watched it when we were home for Grey Cup in the fall...

Week 3 (vs Ham...Now With Depth Chart)
Don't forget the bump he took, managed to stay balanced, and then get into the endzone.....it was ridiculous from start to finish.

Receivers at DE
After the disgusting performance at McMahon last week, a bunch of us were drinking at my place last Sunday and we fired up a 2004 (?) game where we kicked the **** out of Barker, Crandell and the rest of those horse-f***ers..it was like 50-15 or something nasty like that. Really washed the taste out of my mouth.....

Receivers at DE
We have a stack of DVDs of basically every televised game from 2000-2006, I think....might be more. He had a bunch, then ol' Blue Fan Brent (rip) got him a pile more that he had in his collection. They're a blast to go through...

Receivers at DE
all done by mine and 17to85's Brandon U buddy....Coorsman Chad.....one of the biggest Bombers fans you'll ever meet, and also a nerd with way too much time on his hands to put this **** together...

Week 3 (vs Ham...Now With Depth Chart)
We really really really could use Johnny Adams back.....

Week 3 (vs Ham...Now With Depth Chart)
I look at it like this: The offense sustaining drives allowed the D to stay fresh and not get tired early, so they were able to make all those plays. It really is a team game where everyone doing their job, helps everyone else do THEIR job... Re: Players stepping up for MOS....there was a good tweet from Irving earlier this week saying, essentially, "MOS continually has his players backs. Wouldn't it be nice if they had his on Thursday??"

Odds and Sods - Game 3 - Bombers at TigerCats
I'm sick of seeing receivers being given a massive cushion and allowed to just sit at the first down marker with nobody anywhere near them. Drives me bonkers. Oh and @Root the CJOB pre-game show is BY FAR the best one....their post game show is only marred by the awful phone-in portion, which would be better served as more interviews from the locker room or at least post-game talk from people who actually know what the hell they're talking about. CJOBs coverage of the Bombers is fantastic, and even though I know they won't keep the rights when the contract is up, I sincerely wish they could...their product right now is fantastic.

Other games - July 7 and 8th
Was just saying to the girl that I kinda wanna see BR at Cowboys there. I normally avoid Cowboys like the plague, but the crowd should be relatively normal at BR....

Week 3 (vs Ham...Now With Depth Chart)
I was out at a charity golf tournament today, so I had the PVR set and managed to stay in blackout mode, so I played catch-up on the PVR, avoiding texts/BBMs/FB msgs from 17to85, Coorsman and a few others........man that's some kinda game. Leggett and the D were outstanding for the most part (I still don't understand why Tasker is allowed to sit on the 1st down marker with nobody around for miles on 2nd and long) and full marks for that win. Macho's kick recovery is incredible and I'm going to give credit to MOS as much as the players. Great call. I really think the offense is going to take a lot of time to figure out what Lapo is doing, so this was a little bit of progress (as noted earlier this week, all I really wanted to see). Jace Davis is going to be a beauty in this league for a long time, if he stays healthy. And cap tip to TBurg for a nice post in this thread...maybe my favourite post of his ever.

Week 3 (vs Ham...Now With Depth Chart)
Sask has played ONE game and didn't look awful in it. Likely better than us in either week. Not sure how anyone can say they're destined for the bottom based on last week...

Week 3 (vs Ham...Now With Depth Chart)
All I want is to see a little bit of progress. The past two weeks have seen regression from this team....want to see something positive going forward...

- Where Does Willy rank?
except that it's not Willy v Masoli. It's Willy vs Ham D and Masoli vs Wpg D.....- Week 3 (vs Ham...Now With Depth Chart)
Billeck said Fogg was directly replacing Johnson, but he was waiting for 1v1's to know more...- Week 3 (vs Ham...Now With Depth Chart)
Scott Billeck @ScottBilleck 1m1 minute ago Bruce Johnson's right hand appears to be taped up today. He's not practising and didn't yesterday either. #Bombers- Week 3 (vs Ham...Now With Depth Chart)
Ed Tait piece from Monday practice says Dressler returns this week, but still no Johnny Adams. Also, Trent Corney and Bruce Johnson questionable for this week, while Randle sat out yesterday but should be good to go Thursday (took a vet day)...... Curious what happens if Johnson comes out (maybe a good thing, depending on back-up...)- Around The League Regular Season Discussion
Is this still the "Around The League Regular Season New" discussion thread, or is it another complaining about Friday thread? I can change the title.......? - Where Does Willy rank?
