My dad's first ever set was the 1979-80 O Pee Chee set..........THAT is a nice set to have.

I'm not as hardcore as I once was, but I have got sets from the early 90s when I first got into it. As an adult, with expendable income, I spend a fair bit of time on eBay looking for specific types of memorabilia. Sometimes it's cards of specific guys that I really like (Toews, Eberle, etc) and sometimes it's different types of memorabilia. I look for old jerseys, autographed 8x10s....but it's all about specific players for me, now, rather than whole sets and stuff...

In fairness, that's only SPuDS...

Freddie is solid for sure. Just got beat out by a younger and cheaper guy. Alexander has been solid at worst so far this year and will get better.

Bombers should not be feeling any pressure. They're 1-1 on the season. Just go out there and play solid football, and everything else will work itself out. Our defense is not "really bad".....they were pretty good last week until they got gassed from being on the field too long. Ridiculous to say if they're really good or really bad at this early point of the season.

the issue isn't the suspension handed down, it's the current state of the PA and how much it will "allow". The rules need to be changed, so harsher penalties can be handed down, uncontested, when warranted...

Didn't Carmichael play SAM during pre-season? I know it's not regular season, but it's still "live action"...

People are putting WAY too much stock into a new guy who hasn't had any practice time, and missed all of pre-season and training camp. Seriously....is this just because he's American?

Are we still alive with 3 strikes or is that it... We're out...? If still alive, I'll take Jeremiah Johnson...
