Noeller

This is mostly a whole lotta nonsense....

I'm fine with Lucky in terms of a talent... My only issue is his ability to stay healthy. If he's healthy for the rest of the season, we could do WAY worse...

I was feeling hopeful earlier in the week... After a week of people down and complaining on this board I have lost hope once again, and am fully expecting yet another loss. I'll do my best to enjoy the pre game on the radio with some drinks in the sun and just hope we don't fully embarrass ourselves in front of a home crowd. The only person I have full faith in is Wade Miller. He doesn't want this to be his legacy, and I believe he'll fix this eventually...

You don't need playmakers when the other team drops it in a bucket to you with noone around ...

...and fwiw....

Woods for sure... I forgot about him. Add that to my list, all of which I think are more than solid.

I dream of the day when we can rotate Willie, Garbutt and Haba throughout a game... Fox and Adams in the middle with Schmeckel and Lawson...

Streveler

Apparently offered more elsewhere but decided to stay in the 780.... Interesting. Going to be some rookies starting for the Jets come fall time...

What I haven't heard in a minute is the "Trying To Go 1-0 Each Week" thing. Obviously we're losing that battle pretty badly, but y'know... Baby steps. All last week I wasn't looking forward to the Calgary game one bit. For whatever reason I'm optimistic about Ottawa at Fort Hew.... I'm counting down to Friday.

Jets sign Kappo Kahkonnen (??) as another potential back up G. Apparently they're making a push for Henrique as well (all according to various Twitter talking heads )

Definitely interested to see Kase back....not sure what happened in camp but I thought he had potential, on paper.

Well done...

Beer, whiskey and then random Moscow Mule tastings downtown YYC last night definitely numbed the pain....

Love the Olys and am very excited for this kind of event that brings the country together. Everyone cheering under one flag... It's that time when you actually give a **** about stuff like swimming and the 100m dash.... Because rah rah Canada! I'm down for it...

I sincerely don't remember being this fr back from everyone else...

This. I thought he was going to murder us but he was **** tonight. Lucky for him, we are the 2024 Bombers.... Ai yi yi. When's the last time we were not just BAD but were this far behind the rest of the league??

I'm a mess. Sitting at a downtown Calgary pub and just can't remember feeling this bad about the Bombers. Gonna get some kinda ****** up tonight... Everybody kept saying "Where's @17to85????".......

Even in 2014, 2015 etc... you could see the team building toward something. This feels like quicksand and you can't do anything about it. I can't believe I actually sat through that in the **** hole that is McMahon...

This team ******* SUCKS and I don't care whose fault it is. Just ******* fix it.

Trust me... We all understand. The horse is long dead.

As per @Coorsman suggestion, I've got the Canadian Mafia tee under my jersey today, since it was Dickie that started the whole thing. Hoping that brings a modicum of luck...

I sincerely feel like Maier is going to throw for 350-400 and they'll pile up close to 500 total offense against us. It's not going to be a fun day at the ball park. But... The weather is supposed to be half decent and we got invited to a tailgate potluck party thing in the parking lot outside McMahon, so I'm going to do my best to enjoy the evening. Our only real hope is the D somehow finds itself and Brady O rushes for like 150... But I have almost no faith in any of that happening.
