Etch has probably blown his last golden opportunity in the CFL. It makes you wonder why some people have no instinct for survival. O'Shea can no longer honestly defend those defencive schemes. MOS will defend Etch. You watch, the guy won't be going anywhere.

I can see MOS being stubborn & bringing back both coordinators next year. He'll be on borrowed time next season if he doesn't turn things around by LD 2015.

What we should do? Replace all the coordinators for one. For gosh sakes try to do something... anything with the offensive line. Get a new running back. Continue to upgrade Canadian talent. Be very, very active in free agency.

2nd Dark Cloud - it's the CFL Draft. Very few players ever make a huge impact, let alone a significant one in their first year. The CFl Draft is nothing like the NHL, NBA, NFL or even the MLB Draft. Tell that to the Stampeders who made one bad choice in years. Drafted Ameet Pall in 2012. Other than that their picks have consistently been very good. So how come they can do it?

Getting Etch instead of Stubler was a huge disappointment for me. What a letdown.

This certainly concerned me from the start with O'Shea as his realm of influence seemed very small. He lured Kuale, Romby and JFG from his past but missed out on a player like Swayze Waters who was a F.A. last year and right under his nose. We have the best kicker in the CFL. I'll give Walters huge credit for that signing.

Actually now as the regime is new so I don't believe that there'll be any changes in coaching or management. Coaches won't be fired & no one will leave unless they quit to go elsewhere on their own. In 2012, there was a feeling that Mack's time was coming.

I just have one question. When is all this losing going to end??? How much more as a fanbase are we expected to endure?? I guess that's two.

I never thought Reed was a very good position coach or DC. I'd rather give someone else a chance.

Jeff Garcia has a thriving private qb business going in San Diego working with NFL & NCAA qbs & he is set for life financially from his years in the NFL. He doesn't need the coaching job in Montreal. His time with the Als may just be a one off for this season.
