I think the costs are just such that the depth has taken a hit which manifests itself on teams and the backups you get. We got some big beefy salaries amongst the star players.

I think waiting for Hansen and Miller to be healthy has definitely been a detriment to special teams. Having 7 OL on the roster all the time as well probably not the ideal situation for teams either.

See and to me the only front 7 guy that stood out in the preseason games to me was Haba... and he eas kept around. I think some of the guys may look good on paper but didn't bring enough when they got their opportunity. Salima well that's a case of RB being a Canadian position here and mccrae being the gadget player at the time. Perhaps better use of the PR but I am not sure it was the strongest bunch of recruits we've seen.

Set up is not totally dissimilar, just that Bennett is not anywhere close to kongbo in terms of effectiveness, no one else on the roster is as effective as Hansen and we have no one nearly as good as Stove on the roster. I think a proper rotation along the defensive line goes a long way to fixing the D. Kramdi is not nearly as bad as his detractors make it see.. is he an all-star? No but he's decent and probably still the best option. As long as Ritchie Hall is the d coordinator dbs will be giving a cushion so we just need to accept that.
