If he's too hurt to pass the ball why still use him as a human pinata by running him into the teeth of a defens3 constantly? Put him on the IR if he is too hurt or let him play the position. 2 years ago prukop got more use passing than streveler does.

They didn't let Brown pass unless Collaros went out last year too. This isn't a case of them thinking streveler can't pass, it's a case again of not letting the backup qb be a valuable piece. Ever since Prukop threw an int in the grey cup vs. Toronto they haven't let anyone but collaros throw unless he was unavailable.

You can have multiple issues in a game you know. The offense was not fine. It may not have been a total tire fire... but the expectation for that group is much higher than "they need the D to carry them"

We talking about the same Vernon Adams? Dude is not an elite quarter back. Reality is there aren't any elite qbs anymore with collaros and BLM getting old AF. Just a bunch of guys you hope are more good than bad any given week.

Re-watched the game and it's really something... they really did streveler no favours with the play calls. It's all short passes or runs and so many times Oliveira was stopped short. Let the man play the position for God's sake. Will save a lotnof wear and tear on both he and the running back.

Johnson likely isn't even that useless. He was one of the guys I thought showed best in training camp as a young receiver. Probably should just be a PR guy this year though. Adams there are no excuses for though.
