so it sounds like I should go put a c note on the Sharks tonight lol

I thought Hans Blix died when he was sent into Kim Jung Il's shark tank....

The DeathList 2024

haven't watched it yet, still have to watch Shoresy as well Season 2.

Lol yeah Jackson is probably living in his basement....

I am waiting to see the Vikings working out Damian Jackson...lol...

yes well let's hope with the malcontents that were a part of last year's slump now banished to New York and LA, I am hopeful that the guys can keep up the intensity this year and keep the wins flowing. The Jets are tough to deal with when all four lines are firing, most teams don't have that kind of depth to skate with us on all four lines, and we make teams pay for that. You want to focus on Scheif and Valardi? Ok, here's a serving of Nino for ya, with a dash of Morgan Barron on the side. Will be interesting on the 17th of February when we play Vancouver where both teams will be at in the standings.

I think what Wayne actually said was - you miss 100% of the penalties you don't call.....

was thinking the same thing...

Every night at 10:00 pm CKND would show MASH re-runs.

Rosters - Canada - 2023 Spengler Cup (hockeycanada.ca) Spengler Cup roster announced. Still no Nic Petan. Oh well, maybe next year.

yeah but what does Bob know....

at this point I'd trade Stanley for Robert Frost. Or find a way to combine both players and have Morgan Stanley.

And the Jets go bang! And then bang again!

Talk about damning someone with faint praise but yeah after watching the Chiefs/Patriots yesterday, that Zappe kid was pure hot garbage. I was actually thinking "why wouldn't these guys sign Rourke is this is the best they can find", and sure enough here we are. Saying that a lot when I watch the QB carousel going on right now in the NFL. Even Joe Flacco has somehow made it back into the league, never thought I'd see that.

Everyone went to Bomber games with an onion on their belt, as was the style at the time. But yellow ones, not the white ones, because of the war.

My opinion - the Jets are a fun team to watch, and that breeds fun in the stands. Great pin-point passing and the guys are working hard, which is all Winnipeg fans want - they are willing to spend their hard-earned wages on a ticket, but they want to see the players giving it all, and even if they don't win, that's what true hockey fans appreciate. Vilardi has some of the best hands I've seen on a guy in a long time, like KConn level hands. Where was this guy hiding? Never heard of him before. Same goes for Iafallo. Both guys seem pretty happy to be here, which is always a plus, unlike a guy like Dubois whose "I'm too good to be in Winnipeg" attitude was bringing everyone down. Looks like we've gotten rid of the whiners and the passengers, and what we are left with are the guys that want to play and give it all for the team. Dare I use the term "FIFO Culture"? I just hope we don't get Bowness wanting to play any ex-Navy Seals on the fourth line next season lol....

hmmm....I wonder what changed.....lol...

I look at the bums that Minnesota has been playing since Cousins got injured and I just can't figure out why they wouldn't give Rourke a try. It's just maddening.

So is Nic Petan....

Just hand Max the trophy and move on...lol....

We need a little "Go Jets" symbol to go with the "Go Bombers "W" in the reactions for the off season - just a suggestion.
