  1. Great quote but O'Shea was wrong there. "One game down, 19 to go".
  2. Oh ok - well Bryant Turner doesn't jog, he just leaps 100 miles at a time.
  3. Yes - give me at least two season of watching the Bombers just pummel everyone into the ground before I want to see "good games decided in the fourth quarter". Just pure domination like the Tyrone Jones days.
  4. I was wondering about that too. What the hell is the Disabled List? I googled it but of course nothing comes up. No other teams have anyone on the D/L. Maybe he wants to become a pitcher or an outfielder?
  5. Yeah - he's going to be way better than those two bums...
  6. aw crap. Oh well. Baby Turner and family are more important.
  7. That will be the score, but only if Willy plays the whole first half in a lazy-boy recliner. http://www.wannafork.com/humor_video_play.php?ID=307
  8. LOL yeah I can see it now - week 17: Winnipeg Blue Bombers: Rank 7 With a 16-0 record, and a points for and against of +350, the Bombers still look for that elusive ability to finish games by half time. Brian Brohm hasn't been able to get into the game at any point this season before the end of the third quarter. Aaron Kelly seems to be stagnating, with only 30 TD's so far, not able to keep the two TD a game pace he'd been setting earlier in the season. Drew Willy's play has been lagging of late, with only three TD's and 295 yards of passing in his last outing against Edmonton, where the Bombers barely pulled off a 48 - 12 squeaker against Edmonton. The Bomber defence got really lucky that Mike Reilly threw three pick sixes and also fumbled four times. The O-line also struggled, giving up one whole sack against the vaunted Eskimo D-line; granted it was in the last minute of the 4th quarter, when the team water boy was brought in to play left tackle due to Mike O'Shea losing a bet to Bob Wylie. Still, the Bombers still seem to only slightly be improving over last year, and the 10-6 Stamps should dominate them thoroughly this week. I can't even take you seriously
  9. Yeah, and somehow we still lost that game. By two points. To Cleo Lemon. Yuck.

  11. I agree. Their coaches should provide a good gameplan on defence. I just don't know if they have the personnel to execute it.
  12. Funnily enough there was a deer in the headlines here yesterday. Slow news day.
  13. Ahhhh...there's the Nate we know and love. Start with a conspiracy theory about secret training methods out East and then end with a bizarre trade proposal that no one on earth would ever consider. Beautiful.
  14. Montreal didn't pull Smith even though he was clearly struggling either... yeah but when your options are Brink or Marsh...at least Hamilton has some QB's with some game.
  15. If he has to endure the glares and screaming in his ear hole every game from Austin he may not even make it that long, he'll just quit.
  16. That is a good point. It was too bad that we couldn't afford him back in the day, when he could have anchored the defence for a long time, like he did in BC.
  17. POW! Arash Madani @ArashMadani Banks handling situation badly, but a shame if his career ends this way. MT @ScottBilleck: O’Shea: Korey is suspended, has gone home. #CFL
  18. man you guys, arguing over pennies. Who cares.
  19. You may want to re-think that one, unless he gets traded before Thursday...
