    I've only watched BC when they played the Bombers. Rourke certainly had adequate steamboats in that game - just did very little with them.

    Pretty sure they mentioned both streaks in the first Q. Also had a segment on Stanley Bryant.

    With all the advantages offenses are given these days, the D is really playing outstanding. And, we heard again on here before and during the game: "The ti-cats know our weakness is up the middle, they will exploit it." Yet, game after game, they shut the door.

    I agree about Shivers. But if you read autobiographies and memoirs from players back in the day - it's clear that there was a racial divide.

    Agreed. And on that note, I would say he's also sacrificing some run defense, to focus more on pass coverage I guess it is what is. In a league that favours offense so much, the defense literally has to pick their poison

    Every so often with Hall, the secondary would be lights out. Then you were like "where did this come from?"

    I kinda prefer this version of our D. Over the years with Hall, there were times when they couldn't defend the pass if the DL was having an off day or consistently getting blocked. Now, the coverage is still good after several steam boats.
