Based on the things I’ve heard about how excited Walters is about Mourtada, I imagine he will be on the roster as soon as he is allowed to be. Also worth mentioning is that he isn’t here to be developed - he’s 31 years old. He’s here for the now.

Unbelievably talented but it’s not hard to remember him for the guy who stiffed my friend on rent money after the Bombers set him up with a place to live and the guy who I saw picking up used smokes off the ground outside the bar two years after retirement. Unmatched in terms of god given talent but a real serious bum.

Yes. It’s pretty obvious (IMO) that he has no sense of where to go or natural instinct. Way too indecisive and not athletic enough to make up for it. And honestly as far as a replacement I’m not even sure Grant is the option, he’s dynamic but his ball security is a Q. give me a guy somewhere in between the two. I don’t need a return TD every second week but I’d like someone who’s ceiling is a little bit beyond a 4 yard return.

Nelson absolutely sucks, there’s literally no merit to his game back there Even his ball security makes me nervous, I know he doesn’t cough it up once he’s got possession but the eye test on the way he reads/fields the ball makes me nervous as hell
