EDMONTON ESKIMOS @ BC LIONS
if I'm Toronto, I'm for sure telling the referees ahead of time that if they're not going to call Duke on offensive PI, I'll be challenging it. Let the league know. He looks like an unbelievable receiver, but to be able to do what he did on three separate catches ... it's kind of ridiculous it didn't get called even once. And how about the play-by-play guy (I forget who) saying "a little push off is allowed, and besides, he's doing a great job of hiding it" if it was allowed why would he need to hide it.

Tiger-Cats @ Argonauts
Toronto looks for real this year. But at the same time ... Hamilton looked like absolute garbage. Their OL was atrocious, Collaros looked indecisive and their secondary ... I've seen less roasting in the southern United States on July 4th.

Stripped TD
Oh, I see everyone else already explained to you that you're wrong before I did. Missed that. You're wrong though.

Stripped TD
You don't understand what you're talking about here. The turnover, had it been ruled a turnover, would've been BEFORE the goal line. There was no touchdown, there was an immediate recovery in the end zone, which means it would've been Alouettes ball on the 25 yard line. Obviously the play is dead the second the plane of the goal line is broken. The part you're missing is that the fumble in question occurred before that.

2017 NHL Off Season
WOW. What a way to start off draft day. Panarin to CBJ, Niklas H to ARZ Saad back to CHI ... What is Bowman doing? This looks horrible for the Hawks.

Gotta involve Hjarmalsson, one would think.

But really though, that game was what it was - the two worst teams in the league battling to see who wasn't going to blow it. Coaching stood out as incredibly poor all around last night, whether it be the offensive game plans, the lack of adjustments or the overall game management (on one side) Part of me hopes Chris Jones wises up and starts bringing a four man rush against us, one less guy for our receivers to deal with in the secondary and our OL will shut them down anyways. Their ends are athletic and a challenge, but their interior is not viewed as a threat by any means. Their secondary didn't play as bad as I was expecting last night, but at the same time, Durant didn't really challenge them much and the one time he did, it was an exceptionally poor showing by Gainey (who is supposed to be the leader) who let Cunningham waltz into the end zone. I'm not as high on the Riders OL as most were after last night either, Glenn did a good job of getting the ball out but he was facing pressure from that right side all night and had the pocket collapse numerous times. Our interior defensive line is also going to be way more disruptive than Montreal's was. The only thing I'm concerned about is the health of our defensive backs right now - doesn't sound like Bruce Johnson is going to go, but I sure hope Leggett can get in there and play. That would be a difference maker for us.

... well, I mean ... Chris Jones? Let's just say easily the most unlikable player.

TSN CFL Fantasy Football
I like Draftkings far better. I'm not interested in "fantasy football", I'm interested in being profitable and a kicker adds way too much luck into that equation. I'm taking week 1 as a research week to see how everyone does, who lines up where, etc then it's on to my goal to profit for the year. Week 1 Lineups: Reilly/Johnson/Criner/Daniels/Toliver/Zylstra/Montreal D Durant/Messam/Jackson/Jorden/Criner/Toliver/Montreal D

SASKATCHEWAN @ MONTREAL
I actually thought Montreal got a decent amount of pressure in the first quarter, they were forcing his hand quite a bit. Did I hear correctly that McAdoo called 93% pass in the first half? Saskatchewan is just a terribly coached football team. We should take them to the cleaners next week.

Stripped TD
This poll has way too many options, I've been staring at it for a few minutes trying to figure out what to pick and I just have no idea. It was a horrible call. The ball doesn't have to just break the goal line, it has to break the goal line while a player has possession and once that ball starts moving to that extent, it's not possession anymore.

How does our week 2 roster shape up?
If I remember correctly you're also a redhead.

How does our week 2 roster shape up?
It's literally one of the more interesting discussions we've had on this board in the past little while, but if you don't like hearing about the processes of a front office from a guy like Booch who would most certainly know ... to each their own.

How does our week 2 roster shape up?
The funny thing is, I remember the opposite argument when Joe Mack didn't do it at all. It's not highly unusual that we run open camps at all. Saskatchewan runs just as many open cam ... ah, dammit.

How does our week 2 roster shape up?
Can't say I agree with that. Plenty of teams operate like that. Besides ... what would that have to do with anything, even if it were true? There are probably more receivers than nearly any other position in football and we can't find ANY?

How does our week 2 roster shape up?
Man can we ever not scout receivers. Even Washington was not a find of ours. What is it with this group of scouts? Glad Thorpe is sticking around.

Top 50 players in the CFL according to TSN
My top 10 would be ... Mitchell, Reilly, Bowman, Hughes, Lawrence, Dennis, Bond, Elimimian, Leggett and Sewell Rounding out the top 20 is a bit harder but I'd go Messam, Arceneaux, Roosevelt, Daniels, Lemon, Kanneh, Singleton, Chick, Harris and Jackson
