  1. For sure. I just commonly see the tackle numbers used against Milligan and I don’t really get it - he’s not out on the corner, he’ll have more opportunity to get involved and on top of that, the Riders were thrown against over 100+ more times than us. Stands to reason he’d be more around the ball than Ford
  2. The best part was when he says “another factor in Janarion going to Toronto was Pete Constanza and also Janarion is from New Jersey but that had nothing to do with his choice” like .. what??
  3. I gotta admit, I don’t quite get the talk that Ford is better than Milligan.
  4. Jesus, this Janarion article by Hodge is just absolutely horrible writing. https://3downnation.com/2024/11/13/why-janarion-grant-didnt-return-to-the-winnipeg-blue-bombers/ Absolute verbal diarrhea
  5. Voldemort?
  6. The crazy thing is the talk of the marketing budget being subject to scrutiny and how unclear that process will be Teams: “so we’re allowed to pay players outside of the cap?” Randy: “yeah” Teams: “how much can we allocate?” Randy: “as much as you want! it’s infinite!” Teams: “so it’s a free for all? we can pay whatever to whoever?” Randy: “definitely not?” Teams: “is there a criteria we need to follow?” Randy: “yeah” Teams: “what is it?” Randy: “ … yeah” Teams: “ok Randy how much are we actually allowed to spend on these players?” Randy: “ …….. yeah” Teams: “can you at least let us know what the consequences are for breaking these rules?” Randy: “death”
  7. I think he just meant sometimes Arbuckle does take no for an answer
  8. I’m not a betting man but I’ll speculate they plan to use a QB
  9. I still have the same overall take, I don’t love a decent amount of the coaching decisions we’ve been making, our practice roster use still has me questioning a LOT and our roster management is hit and miss. That being said, it’s not changing anytime soon, it’s working and the locker room culture they’ve built obviously has them on a massive heater so I’m content to just enjoy the ride
  10. Thanks man, you too
  11. Honestly shout out to Zach, he answered the doubters (and I will admit, I am (was?) one) when it comes to November play other than that … Kenny + Holm were absolutely lights out and I’ll just say it now … Zach is going to destroy the Argos in a dome next week
  12. Only one Canadian, are you okay???
  13. Imagine thinking we should fire O’Shea lmao you guys are such idiots
  14. It’s not losing the game. It’s why. And what we’re not learning from it. for the record I think we’re gonna win the Grey Cup
  15. I’m not worried about the lack of a clear replacement, nor am I bothered by a single loss. If we go down the same way we’ve been going down, how much longer are we just going to accept it
  16. If we lose tomorrow and the script looks like ineffective DL play and or lacklustre work from Kyrie, it should (but won’t) cost O’Shea his job.
  17. Just when I thought the roster management was getting better, we go and lay this egg didn’t we learn anything from Bighill last year? send Kyrie out to pasture already, what the **** is this
  18. The Riders worry me for one reason - they know how to take away the football and we’ve got some pretty turnover prone players. As much as I hate the Riders, Mace has his team believing in a very important mantra. Obsession with possession. If we mirror that next weekend, good luck to the Riders. They can’t compete with our O. Also, all this talk about their weak OL? Who cares. Our DL is dogshit. That washes out. I’ll be shocked if our DL comes to play.
  19. You know it’s true because you and I agreed wholeheartedly
  20. Just win, baby.
  21. My issue with him is that he has taken his connections that he’s built as a blogger/reporter/whatever you wanna call it - which are fairly reliable - and parlayed it into parading himself around as an expert on football, which he is not. He’s pretty good as a Naylor-lite, someone who has some decent connections to the league but when he actually has to formulate an opinion of his own, it’s an incredibly tough read and I think he’s tricked himself into believing because he’s good at one, he’s automatically good at the other and he’s never bothered to try brushing up on his actual knowledge of the sport.
  22. Zach, I’m all in favour of you posting your stuff up here if you’re looking for dialogue or engagement or whatever. Go nuts. But if you say anything related to John Hodge is top-notch ever again, I will dedicate however much time is needed to learning how to use the AdminCP so I can banish you forever.
  23. @greenrider55 Defend your ridiculous take, coward
  24. I mean it’s a 60 yard field goal, relax
  25. Why the **** would you call those plays if your plan was to kick the field goal there
