It's 3 days after the Grey Cup, lots can change and nothing is known at this point. I sure hope we try to improve our QB group if/ when Collaros leaves. Love Matt, really great dude, loves it here and that's great, but there is a reason we won with Collaros and couldn't with Matt. I mean if we try and no one wants to come here or can't afford anyone else then okay, but don't settle for less to be 'nice guys'. I'll take winning instead..

Gotta disagree. You're right that the gameplan didn't change, but the execution did. The biggest differences for me is Zach's pocket awareness, ability to scramble, and willingness to throw the 50/50 balls with confidence. Matt would have eaten sacks or checked it down to Harris in those situations and the result would likely have been different. I love Matt, think he was a big part of what got us here, but I've maintained my stance that he isn't the guy to take us to the Cup. If Collaros signs elsewhere, I'll personally be hoping we go after another QB to pair with Streveler. Just my 2 cents

Never liked the guy. Seemed to be a 'me' guy and then he got old and irrelevant. Can't win with guys like that.

Hope some of the newcomers in the secondary stick around. Loved what Taylor, Jones, Maston showed down the stretch. Really like wolitarsky, and hopefully we can keep our oline strong. Our QB situation will be the most intriguing to watch though. Personally I'd like to move on from Nichols. Great guy but I don't think he could have won us those playoff games. Collaros was exactly what this offense needed, an accurate deep ball passer who's not afraid to throw it up and let a guy make a play. The only time Nichols would throw it deep is if the guy was wide open and that simply won't get it done in November. Gotta find a way to keep streveler around, he's a warrior and I still think he had starting QB potential. Will be interesting

It's funny how much you want a Grey Cup win, how much time you invest in thinking about this day and how it would feel and then in the end, all you end up thinking about is every other long suffering fan, family member and just smile! To a man, they wanted this for the city as bad as we did and layed it all out there and for that I'll be forever greatful! Now bring it home boys, party has just begun! For the W!!

Couldn't have explained that place better myself! I started to post there because most of my interactions with Rider fans in person have actually been pretty good and thought I could talk football there, boy was I wrong! There is something about the Internet and Rider fans that seem to make them intolerable.

Masoli would be a nice addition, if they decided to go another way. Masoli would be deadly in this offense.

I have an account over there, signed up thinking I could go over there to actually talk football. Man was I wrong! I've been on many different forums in many different leagues and I can honestly say it's the worst. You simply can't have an intelligent debate or conversation over there. It's not even a forum for discussion at this point, it's just an echo chamber for bias Rider fans lol.
