Yea, precisely. Ottawa plays Saturday July 16th in Hamilton, and then Thursday night they play at home. Short week, but no travel. Hamilton, however, goes to BC Thursday after playing that Saturday… makes limited sense

Interesting tidbit: Since the CFL began Thursday night football, the team on the short week (Saturday to Thursday turnaround) has won one game. Partially to blame for the Riders performance last night, but still not the whole reason. Which inevitably means he’ll be awful next week, I’ve never seen Harris put two good games together in a row. Throws 6 TDs in the 2018 ESF, then was putrid in the Grey Cup

That being said, even if the Riders had ZC back, he’d get killed by our OLine. We could have Tom Brady back there and he’d get murdered.

Yea he’s struggling. He had a good touch on his deep ball in 2019, but hasn’t had it since. I don’t think Maas helps, he’s stubborn AF and wants to use all his plays that never work. Taking a three time DPOY over a 2nd year player isn’t exactly a revolution Booch

You know it man. I’ve been advocating for Maas to go for ages now. He’s killing me.

As much as I like the dude, CF isn’t a championship QB. There are a lot of basic reads he misses. I counted three passes that would’ve been touchdowns had he surveyed his reads. Locking onto receivers, happy feet, etc. not a championship caliber QB. I’m close to done with him.

The East looks good this year.
