Why are posters here giving that a thumbs up??? That's brutal if we lose Buck, Goveia & McManus.

I kept waiting for our experiened recivers to really step up once Schoen & Lawler were out this year & it never happened. i was dumbfounded with the lack of production throwing the ball the first half of the year. Lawler once he came back had a couple of great games but never dominated, I'm thinking his arm isn't at 100% yet. Wolitarsky is the forgotten man at the best of times. Then he got hurt. Demski had a very quiet thousand yard season. It was like he was on cruise control. He got a thousand yards but really didn't do much. It was exciting to watch the development of Onterria Wilson into a thousand yard receiver but he wasn't dominant either. He has another year to go on his rookie deal. Let's hope next season he can blossom. The injury situation really had an impact on Collaros' numbers. It didn't help that we played a useless receiver in Josh Johnson for most of the season.

Sheahan 3 steps while most punters use two. As he 3 steps he also adjusts his body to sidewind it. That all takes valuable time as there's a lot of wasted motion. I don't know what exactly they want from Sheajhan. Ball placement? Distance? Hang time? Ability to flip the field? He gives us none of that. Worst punter in the CFL. There are far better ones out there. Just have to find one which shouldn't be too difficult.

In fajardo's defense, there are qbs who go their whole career without getting to or winning a championship. Dieter Brock being among them. You forgot another sleeper who was hurt most of last season..... Taylor Powell. He'd be #2 behind Davis Alexander on my "Get List" if I was Kyle Walters.

Why are we worrying about Trevor Harris for? Maybe if he played for us, his "vanilla" would have prevented us from going to the Grey Cup.

Whose fault is that? Mine? Booch? Johnny Abonny? Mike? Anyone else??? As I said, it is what it is. I'd love it if Walters says enough is enough with some players here & made him release them.

We need to spend money & rebuild the defense. Especially along the Front 7. We need two impactful Defensive Tackles who are not only run stoppers but can pressure from the interior of the line. A new MLB. And we have to sign Ford. A priority!!!

He's a player on the roster who sticks out like a sore thumb yet gets regular rotations on the DL. So, they play him, He does nothing & again we can't criticize? He's become a piniatta over here because he should have retired two years ago. I really don't like criticizing the guy all the time but it is what it is.

Okay, I'll acknowledge that I may have misunderstood what you said. I just am questioning what is going on? You can never trust O'Shea to be forthcoming. Some coaches are but he's not. Walters doesn't address the media & fans as much as he used to. Miller operates in the background & vary rarely talks to the media about the status of the team. I don't subscribe the In O'Shea We Trust mantra because of some of the coaching decisions that were made last year regards to playing guys like BA, Bighill & Schoen who were hurt. Some of the off season moves we made last year need to be questioned, like letting Janarion Grant go & keeping other veterans around like our old favourite punching bag Jake Thomas. So, Walters isn't immune from criticism, either. I want to see real changes. I don't want vets who are coaches favourites to stay on the roster because O'Shea doesn't want to make a change. This team is aging out & changes need to be made. This may be a watershed off season where a bunch of personnel & coaches move on which means more than a few players will as well.

If we don't move on from Jake Thomas & Bighill & thy both come back then the roster change/turnover is nothing but bullshit.

Man, this mentality that we can't criticize or question anyone is dumbfounding. How some people just fall for it & say that no one can question any missteps or mistakes by O'Shea. We've lost 3 championships in a row & Zach hasn't thrown a TD pass in the last 3 Grey Cups. Playing injured players who should be sitting. Not giving the ball to Oliveira. All kinds of questions about how this team is prepared, the roster is managed & coached on the field, yet don't ask any probing questions about why it's happening. We're just supposed to be happy we got to the last 5 championships & lost the last 3. Not me. I suspect a lot of us here want to know just what the hell is going on as well as the future of this team..

Seems like an interesting guy. Was he our only US scout? As that was McManus's role in the past. Goveia was the Canadian scout.

I know nothing about Cyril Penn. Can you give us some background & why you like him? Eventually they will, though. Nothing stays the same. Losing those 3 at thebsame time would not be good.

We trusted Tim Burke would get the job done when he was first hired & how did that work out? If Goveia & McManus leave along with Buck then there'll be changes.

Rumours on X today that Goveia & McManus both leaving for Hamilton with McManus GM & Goveia as Asst GM doing what he was doing here. We can survive as an organization losing Buck to the Lions as HC. But can we survive losing McManus, Goveia & Pierce all together at once?

Rumour on X that now that Hervey is gone that both McManus & Goveia will bolt to Hamilton with McManus as GM. Apparently, danny just bought a house in Hamilton & Goveia grew up in Burlington. So, we'll see.

I got nailed there a few years ago. I didn't see the 60 kph sign & continued on at 80. I got a photo radar ticket but I paid it. As you say **** you, Moose Jaw. I'll never use your gas stations, hotels or restaurants along the TCH or in your stinking town. I'll either stop in Regina or Swift Current depending the direction I'm going.

Osh is just so rigid in his thinking. He can't see the big picture. In his mind with Dolegala being number 3 so he won't him play him before Wilson. I wasn't disappointed he didn't play Dolegala. I was just resigned to it.

Yeah, never thought of him. he is a qb guru. He developed VA, BLM & Michael Reilly in college. He wasn't OC in Calgary. just a qb coach. It was Pat DelMonaco with Dickenson calling the plays. No surprise there. Horrible offense. Don't want to see that here.
