  1. Have no idea how you came up with that theory.
  2. How can we lose the Adams talk when he has more experience than the guys we have now? Plus #3 on the Ti Cats depth chart.
  3. Jones won't help us. We need Adams. But the Ti Cats will make us pay.
  4. Vernon Adams. Walters has to get this guy if Nichols is out any length of time.
  5. Stamps say no signing. Just ongoing conversations.
  6. A decade ago Rider fans were mocking the proposed new Canad Inns Stadium at the Down in the same way... Touche. LOL!
  7. Stamps are saying he hasn't signed. That they've had ongoing "conversations" but no contract signing.
  8. I don't like Ross's explanation. Not far off of a good game? He was 1 for 8. That's far from being close to a good performance. He better show he belongs.
  9. When they employ someone like Hannity I sure am.
  10. Whenever I see something like this just days before an election red flags go up. I don't like Doug Ford but this just reeks of a hatchet job. I think a lot of voters will as well.
  11. Sure. And the sky is purple.
  12. Funny how the lawsuit came out now. Just a set up.
  13. Money can't buy happiness.
  14. Doesn't look like a fairy tale ending here... Time will tell.
  15. Back in the mid 70's, Blue Bombers Head Coach Bud Riley used to infuriate Bomber fans in interviews by saying we played well but had a "few mental errors" that cost us the game. Riley said that all the time. I'm sure Bob Irving would remember that if asked. So much so that whenever Dieter Brock threw a pick, Jay Washington fumbled or Harry Walters whiffed on a tackle the fans in the stands at Winnipeg Stadium would start yelling, "Mental errors, Bud?" What Alex Ross said reminds me of that. It was like he was saying that he did okay but made a few mental errors. Eliminate the mental errors, Alex. This is your last shot.
  16. I thought guys like Reaves were dinosaurs.
  17. Flames own the Calgary Roughnecks (NALL), the Hitmen & the Stampeders.
  18. I know. Who is Who was a tongue in cheek response to True Blue seemingly not knowing who would televise the game in English.... I mean the TSN announcement was all over social media.
  19. Well, if it is being televised then who is televising it???
  20. Yeah, Fleury got hot & then got into the heads of Connor, Laine & a few other Jet players. Hopefully, a year of experience will help them all play better next year.
  21. To get back to discussing the missing Malaysian Airliner. I have an app on my phone called Flight Radar 24.It tracks each flight in the world in real time. In November of 2016 my son had travelled to New Zealand. I texted him before he left with his flight info on his flight back from Auckland to Vancouver. When his flight took off I was able to track it. About 3 hours later his flight just disappeared from the app on my screen. I was a little concerned but after an hour his flight reappeared only to disappear a half an hour later. Eventually the flight reappeared again but by that time I had gone to bed. Next morning I checked again & his flight was approaching North America. My point here is that the Pacific Ocean is so vast. There are areas where planes literally disappear for great lengths of time as there are no islands or no continents even close. It is so isolated that even with GPS technology the planes still disappear. To me, this is what happened. They were lost in an isolated part of the world over nothing but thousands of square klms of water with no land anywhere. Plus, if they veered off course & crashed, no amount of modern technology will find them if the aircraft went down in 35,000 feet of water which may have happened. If we can't find people lost in the bush on land in Canada how can we expect technology to find a lost plane over the Pacific or Indian Ocean?
  22. We had Justin Goltz who should have been a receiver as he couldn't hit the broad side of a barn from 20 feet away but he had nice cuff links. We had Brian Brohm who should have been a ball boy. Then there was Robert Marve who needed two new knees. And finally there was Drew Willy who needed a shrink. All thanks to the pylons we referred to as offensive linemen.
  23. All those Rider qbs could start not only in the CFL but the NFL as well & be Pro Bowl players. Best damned 4 qbs in the history of the CFL. What awesomeness according to Pederson.
  24. No sense worrying about Elliott who was here five years ago. That ship has sailed.
