Thanks for making it right.

The MBB All-Time Blue Bomber Team: Slotbacks
Perry Tuttle was a slot. He should have been in this group. Jim Thorpe was a flanker. He should have been in the other group.

He was better at cutting promos as well. Brett often would stumble on his lines.

He was a scout, I believe.

Taman won a Grey Cup as GM. What did Mack win which was nothing?

Vince McMahon considers move to bring back the XFL
No but who cares what they think? Only Vince's opinion counts.

There shouldn't be a brand split. If they want 2 shows a week then the best guys should be on both.

Around the League: 2019 Off Season
He didn't win much in Edmonton last year & look who he had to catch for him. And the last 6 games he sulked on the field. Remember how happy he looked playing us at the end of the year? Their OL sucked as did the run game. Looks like more of the same in BC.

The MBB All-Time Blue Bomber Team: Wide Receivers
Pretty short list. Nielsen has the Bombers longest play in BB history with a 109 yard pass & run bomb from Ken Ploen to Nielsen that won us the 1965 West Finals. Tuttle was a slot.

Players You're Excited To See
I'm hoping Drew Wolitarski can crack the thousand yards receiving barrier. I hope he is moved to slot from boundary receiver where he'd be a lot busier. Daniel Petermann who really showed he has a ton of potential last season when given the chance to compete. He could be another great Canadian receiver.

I meant draft busts. I should have said that. My bad.

CIS Draft - May 2nd
Tyson Pencer. There's a name from the past. Anyone care to speculate who the biggest bust in Bomber history was?

We're all judged by what we say here. Good & bad. I can't remember a positive T Burg post recently. To him there is always something wrong. That people here are just buying into the narrative the Bombers want us to buy into. That something is never right. He will argue the opposite if people are happy or satisfied. That's what I take out of T Burg's posts. As I said, we are judged here for what we say, I have no way to psychoanalyze the hidden meaning of something posted. If someone is always negative when good things happen then that to me simply means that person is always negative & may even welcome failure. I'm not into this... "Oh, he's a great fan but he just doesn't show it". I don't believe that. You either are a great fan or you're not. How many times have we read T Burg bitching after a win about something immaterial that happened during the game that had no affect on the score? Like a pick or fumble that turned out to be inconsequential. I mean, that's just typical T Burg. That's how I see it but like 17to85 said it's getting tiring always reading the negative when there shouldn't be any. And T Burg, lest you think you're in my head, I have you on ignore so you're not. The only way I see what you say is when someone quotes you. I read what you say after the fact & I just shake my head.

CIS Draft - May 2nd
You know, I've come to realize something. You're not about getting into some posters heads here because in reality they don't really care what you say. I think it comes down to you actually wanting the Bombers to fail. To not have a winning season. To not win a Grey Cup championship. Why else would you always be so negative?

just an aside but anyone notice Ed Olczyk is on NBC's Kentucky Derby coverage today?

Hey, it's T Burg after another positive post about the Bombers.

Yeah, play the vets & bring on the young guys slowly. Good plan.

Well, Chris Merchant wasn't drafted but hopefully he gets a FA tryout with a CFL team to attend camp somewhere. Knowing Chris & his family, I know they're disappointed. My son didn't think he'd get drafted in 2016 & he never did. His agent told him 2 CFL teams were interested in bringing him to camp for a look see but that never happened. It's tough when a football career ends before a player wants it too but such is life. they just have to move on. My son now married & lives in Seattle. He is heavily into coaching qbs there so he's still in the game helping the next generation of qbs coming up in HS out there.

I'm hoping Western's QB Chris Merchant is picked by someone. He's from Calgary & played on the same bantam team my son did albeit a few years later. I know Chris & his father real well.

I'm on the TSN website & it says the CFL Draft will resume shortly. Been like that since TSN Draft went off the air.

How can you just say that?

Yeah, territorial picks are so good for the league when it's Toronto & Montreal.

Don't we CFL fans know it.
