  1. Based on the replays I saw there wasn't enough evidence to show it was a completion. Yet the CC overturned it. Total BS.
  2. Of course they overturned the incomplete pass to complete even though it looked totally inconclusive.
  3. If we could have scored just 2 more TD's we'd be up 27-11. Underwhelming.
  4. We get 3 first downs to get to midfield. They take 3 plays to score a TD. Not a great start.
  5. Simonise panics & nearly fumbles away the opening KO. Bad field position.
  6. Buddy Tinsley (left) & Hamilton's Steve Oneschuk shake hands just prior to kickoff of the 1957 Grey Cup at Varsity Stadium in Toronto. The Head Referee is Paul Dojack. Just look at Tinsley's pants. Very interesting.
  7. Buddy Tinsley
  8. I love the fact our OL are mean & nasty & don't take **** from anyone.
  9. Nah, Thorpe is the DC. You can see it on the sidelines with the enthusiasm he shows when his defense makes a big play. Nelson meanwhile coaches linebackers & is safely ensconced up in the coaches booth upstairs far away from the team below so he isn't a distraction.
  10. I also think Claybrooks needs to go to another CFL team & also find success as he hasn't coached anywhere else with his limited experience. Then he'd be in a better situation & wiser as as Head Coach. But that's just me. I know some team like Montreal would snap him up in a n heartbeat. I keep waiting for MOS to show me he's the man who can bring us a championship. I want the guy to succeed, I really do but I just don't know if he's the guy to do it. I think we're spinning our wheels with him. He's not a bad coach buy hasn't shown he's a great one who is capable of winning a Grey Cup. Maybe he also needs to go elsewhere to find success as well.
  11. So would I based on experience. My problem with Claybrooks is that he is recently retired. Shorter than Steinhauer. Yeah, it's been about 5 years but I think a quality coach has to gain experience coaching not only with his own team he's with but with others as well as Steinhauer has done. Claybrooks is with a top rate team as a Stampeder DC with literally a genius running the show in Hufnagel. He's a born executive, knows how to build a winning organization & to be honest how good would Claybrooks still be once he leaves the confines of the Stampeders? I think it would be a hard adjustment for him going from the Stamps to even a team like the Bombers that have a lot of the building blocks in place. he's also been recently diagnosed with diabetes which is a life changer. can he handle the stress of being HC so soon after dscovering he had the disease?
  12. Riders sign anyone with 2 legs.
  13. I think an experienced DC or OC can do a good job. I've mentioned Orlando Steinhauer before. I think he's been HC ready now for a couple of years. I think he would do a pretty good job. We'll see how things go this weekend.
  14. It depends upona few variables. Can our D play up to the level it did against the Esks? What Trevor Harris will show up? Will Matt Nichols the Game Manager come to play? Will Andrew Harris have a big game?
  15. Well, he was cut 2 seasons ago & I follow the Bombers very closely. At least as closely as I can from Calgary & I don't recall that ever being mentioned.
  16. I have no idea. Please tell me more. Where do you come up with this stuff?
  17. Stamps want him to play this weekend.
  18. Seeing Matthews in a Stamps uniform is absolutely infuriating.
