When no one wants to crow about & disclose $$$ amounts I think it's peanuts.

I have no problems going after different revenue streams but maybe Ambrosie should take care of business here first. Like a new CBA first & foremost & the drain of free agents being signed by NFL teams which hurts continuity & name recognition with casual fans. At least get the CBA done & I won't be as concerned. I think his priorities are all screwed up.

So, one or 2 local German players are going to arouse interest? Seems to me the CFL has to do that itself by getting games televised in Europe & educating fans about the wide open Canadian 3 down game. Then playing exhibition games over there. Sadly, the CFL barely promotes the game in Canada let alone in Mexico or Germany. Teams shut down for months in winter with hardly any news for local fans. If we can't promote in our own cities then why would the CFL promote in other countries. Call me skeptical.

It's in the Senate now for study & could be seriously amended before being passed. Bottom line, the Stamps can't use the O & G industry now as a recruiting tool as in the past.

Calgary used to have outstanding opportunities in the O & G industry before Trudeau & the Liberals killed it off. I know of more than a few players who became millionaires after they finished playing for the Stamps.

Rigney was an offensive guard. He would always be leading Leo Lewis on sweeps as seen here. I've never seen him nominated as a defensive all star. I checked stats crew & it just shows the years he was an all star. Not saying it isn't true but that would be a new one on me.

I didn't know Cec Luining that well. My Mother was Ukrainian. I have a feeling there was some kind of family misunderstanding or something that happened before I was born. Some kind of bad blood there which was never explained to me. The Luinings didn't associate much with my Mother's family. It was all kind of weird growing up. Am I making sense here?
