Want to talk Star Trek: Strange New Worlds. Weird that Captain Pike took the first episode off & we see Spock somehow struggling with his emotions over his love & concern for Nurse Chappel. If we stick to ST Canon, if Spock did love Chappell, he never showed it on TOS. At times, he seemed annoyed at her amorous feelings towards him back when the series first aired in 1966. So, why are they trying to change things now? His logic may have been cold at times but it gave Spock his strength when the chips were down & Kirk leaned on him for advice & to provide him with strength as well. Seeing Spock fighting his emotions & under stress on SNW because he was given command of the Enterprise for only 3 days just seemed weird to me. Nice to see regular Klingons again rather than the ones we saw on ST: Discovery. The blowback from angry fans that first season was so bad we never saw them again on that series.

And of course the cheapskate owner who doesn't care if the Stamps even exist let him walk just like Jameer Thurman. You get owners like Amar Doamn really trying to make the Lions relevant in the Lower Mainland once again. And you get an owner like Murray Edwards in Calgary who use the Stamps financial losses as a tax write off for his billions. That's all he cares about. The man is killing the fanbase. The Stamps desperately need a new stadium & a new owner who actually cares.

If we don't get more pressure on Adams then that Lions receiving corps will light up our secondary. I mean, if Sean Bane Jr can look like a HOF receiver against our defense then what will Dominique Rhymes & Lucky Whitehead do to us??? I think Jones & McAdoo were the only ones who thought Cornelius could be a legit CFL starter. Certainly, I don't think anyone else did. What an epic screw up. I've been saying for years, welcome to Randy Ambrosie's CFL 2.0. That he constantly overpromises & under delivers. Well, to you guys who always attacked my scarve wearing Randy Ambrosie criticisms just suck it up complaining about the lack of stats with the season already started. I'm sure Randy & Genius Sports will come up with something by mid season or Thanksgiving. Reality check, this is just typical of Randy's stewardship when it comes to how this league is run.
