I find that Campbell's teams are always undisciplined. Talented but they always find a way to shoot themselves in the foot with penalties & selfish players. Campbell just lets it happen, too. Phillips just makes it worse.

Gonna put this here rather than the RIP Thread so more posters will see it. One of the greatest Blue Bomber DE's who ever played died today. Jim Heighton played 13 seasons in the CFL from 1969 to 81. Including nine with the Bombers from 1970-78 where he was dominant. He was a CFL Western Conference All Star twice in 1972 & 74. He was 79 years of age.

Well, hundreds of thousands of families who need it will never qualify. We have universal health care but we can't have universal pharmacare & dental. Singh & Trudeau go on about how this is a generational change. Most families will never see it. A couple with jobs each paying $45-50,000 a year isn't much after inflation & taxes.

Politicians... What a sham. Income under $90,000??? So, that'll prevent most Canadian families where couples both have jobs from taking advantage of the plan. Not everyone has a dental plan at work.

No, unfortunately I'm serious. Committing a crime never stopped Jones from signing players before. Lookj at the Bruce IV signing. A guy a lot of teams would never sign as he's suspended by the NCAA for shaving points vs his own team. Jones still signs him??? The CFL should never allow that contract to be registered.

I'm surprised Jones hasn't signed Marshall. I mean Arland Bruce IV was betting against his own college team & is under suspension but Jones just signed him. What's another thug player on a weapons charge??? These coaches like Jones who put winning above everything else should all be gone. I'm tired of these asshats continuing to bring in players of low moral character. If they're suspended then why should the CFL be an outlet for them to play? We need as a league to honour suspensions.

I'm no Blue Jays fan so my reaction to the craziness yesterday & the sober reality that Ohtani signed with the Los Angeles Dodgers is... It's just a fantasy (oh, oh, oh, oh) It's not the real thing. The Riders have always had a deal with the Devil in that they have brought in guys with talent but terrible character. Jim Hopson brought in a Code of Ethics for players only to ignore it when it wasn't expedient. They've always had guys who have had run ins with the law for some serious ****. Nick Marshall is just the latest. It's no wonder they've only won 4 Grey Cups. The Riders deserve all the Bad Karma they get because of it.
