How many of those sacks were on happy feet, cant go through my reads, hold onto the ball forever Willy? And how many times does Reilly get creamed? Trevor Harris? Durant? Etc? Flawless execution? I dont think expecting a professional 29 year old QB to hit his open receivers and not fumble inside the 10 with the game on the line is asking for much.

Oh i fully agree that O'shea's decision making is suspect at best especially when it comes to "his guys" and loyalty to declining vets but in the end the final personnel decisions belong to the GM, or should anyway.

Its also Walters' job to make sure there is a back-up plan and that the team is in a position to succeed regardless of what his rookie coach thinks.

No doubt and it all starts at QB. Give Ottawa credit for being greedy and doubling up on proven starting QB's. Walters should have thrown his chequebook at Harris instead of showing blind faith in Willy who has proven nothing other than a proficiency for getting hurt. Walters has gone all-in with Willy holding a 2-7 offsuit.

Agreed it hit his hands and as they say, if you can touch it, you can catch it, but there was no touch on that ball whatsoever. It was a straight line rising rocket of a throw when some touch was needed. A soft back shoulder lob, not unlike Glenn's TD pass to Green, would have served better there.
