CFL history? That's a bit of a stretch isn't it? 1100 yards, Great year, half a season, injured for 7 games, 1000 yards. Lets not put this guy with the Milt Stegall's, Allen Pitts's, and Geroy Simons' just yet.

Walker's catch percentage last year was in the 50% range. Probably a combination of QB play and a down year.

Agreed. I know the Bombers are high on McGuire but man, with Collaros's injury history I wouldn't be comfortable with a QB2 that has thrown 3 passes in his career. Im not a Jennings fan but at the right price I wouldn't hate him here.

Agreed. I truly believe Adams is a top 10-15 receiver in the CFL. He's just been held back by the combo of Nichols(risk averse) and Lapo(ultra conservative play caller). Open up the passing game and he would excel. Im excited to see what he can do with Collaros/Buck.

He can play the waiting game but the more time that passes, the more cap space gets eaten up by other player signings. Im sure he's had a few lower offers already, he may just be mulling his options.

He's one of the best no doubt. So are guys like Banks and Burnham. My point is he's probably not going to get what he's looking for. Lots of guys putting up similar stats that are making 100K less than what he wants.

I said 1 GREAT year. Yes he's had other good ones, but so have dozens of other receivers making way less. Nothing in this recent body of work screams GIVE THAT MAN 280K!

Walker might need to eat some humble pie. He's good but not 280K good. Cant keep trying to cash in on 1 great year in Edmonton where Reilly hucked it up for grabs 40+ times a game. Lots of other impact receivers out there making a lot less.
