  1. They've gone all-in on EV. It's been quite the transformation in the last 12 months.
  2. Wealthy protecting themselves.
  3. BREAKING: I'm announcing my retirement from hockey. I've advised my agents to no longer consider offers from any NHL teams and that, effectively immediately, I will continue to pursue other career options. I am not currently available for media inquiries and ask that everyone respect my privacy at this time. Please note that this includes any CFL, NFL, MLB, EPL offers as well.
  4. I don't really understand what sort of leverage people think that Walters had with Speller? On Sunday, he can talk to any team and it's clear he's headed back East. Walters got something for nothing.
  5. Regardless of who starts the first game, the pressure will be on both to keep their performances up. It could create a great environment of competition, as long as both parties are up for it.
  6. I am too. It's his team now.
  7. Absolutely, correct. Which, is why we are not going cold turkey. But, the Feds can't make the price go up and that's really the issue here. The price of oil is dead, with a glut of supply around the world, so now's the time to reinvest elsewhere.
  8. Anyhow, if you're not a subscriber to the Sun, you may be missing out on this type of crack journalism: Sure, Twiitter is free, but imagine what nuggets of information you're missing out on without a subscription.
  9. And, it prevents the TiCats and Riders from signing him (hopefully).
  10. Yup. Which sucks for them but saves money for the Jets.
  11. The Dubois trade makes things much better for Schief. He's going to have competition, although no one is taking his spot, and they should be able to alleviate some of this crazy TOI. He won't like playing fewer minutes but it will improve his health.
  12. The climate doesn't know that there is a pandemic on. It's still changing and, given that little was done to address the issues for 10 years, we need something. Oil is dying and throwing billions at it won't save it, despite the angry fist waving from Alberta.
  13. So let's Masoli goes to market... Who would want him? Ottawa, sure, but they have Arbuckle and the Lapo offense. That's not ideal. Toronto, I guess is the other but they MBT and his ghosts and the Grey Cup winner, Nichols.
  14. Thing about leaks are that they are usually intended to drive up the price (from the players end) or to get an existing FA to sign (by the team). I like when it's quiet (around names) unless it drives up the price for another team, like with Ellingson or Burnham. If we don't get 'em, I hope the price is very high!
  15. Sounds like it's to save money, although it wouldn't save cap space. They don't play until Saturday, right?
  16. Weyburn, SK. Home of the SJHL Red Wings.
  17. Ah, yes, correct. No, they won't convict but the process is great for revealing information that can be used in a courtroom.
  18. Yes, they will. It's a Democrat led Senate. He'll be convicted and the trial is going to be quite interesting.
  19. That headline. Now I have to read this article.
  20. CFL in general. No Jones in the CFL again, please. Keep that trash down south.
  21. Yes, but not this way. They can do a lot of things in the Parliament to raise awareness of this disgusting group and condemn it but they shouldn't be trying to upend a process that's quite serious and follows strict guidelines. Next, we'll have one of the CPC standing up and condemning Antifa and asking the same thing, even though it's a loose group and not some coordinated movement.
  22. This is bad and they should (but won't be) embarrassed. The intelligence community should be doing this not Parliament. It plays well on TV but is completely useless and undermines the work of professionals.
  23. The problem with Rodgers is... But, he's a generational talent. Maybe, he goes home and plays in Northern California?
