Do we need a CFL Offseason thread or can this be both Bombers and the rest?

Clean house. I'm not sure what you do about coaching and who would be available, so you may just have to suffer through the season with Chevy and Pomo driving the truck (off a cliff).

Yeah, I bet he sticks around to help ease in the new PBP person but that we don't hear him but for a few spots on Bomber news. I don't know if OB has settled on his replacement, unless they've already decided on Moore. I'm happy that he got into the ring of honour and really got a lot of great send offs. I love his work and know that Bomber broadcasts won't be the same going forward but I'm glad of the way he went out. Time to turn the page. He will never be forgotten and will never be out of the Bomber family. 2022 will be a new era in Bomber broadcasting.

I really liked the way CF developed during the season. Riders are lucky to have him. True leader.

Key thing about SA, is that they are a much younger country. I think the average age is 27 in SA and it's 43(?) here - 40ish for sure. So, they don't have the same aging population as we do, so their outcomes may be different.

Yeah, what we've been hearing, consistently, is that the outcomes are less severe. But, I don't think I have seen any data (apart from South Africa) on how severe it is. I know the symptoms are different from Delta. And, then, there's always the chance of long term health effects.

I agree. Earlier in the year, when we couldn't make any field goals, I was very serious when I said that we should just always go for it on 3rd down and two point conversions. However, the way we were (not) moving the ball on Sunday, that would not have worked. Castillo saved us Sunday, IMO. But, that's his job.

The lots will be open, if that's what you're asking. And, there won't be a charge for parking on campus.

It is not worth getting Covid to go watch that team play live. At least on TV you can change the channel and it's not costing you anything. Big plus though, with fewer people going, it's easier to get parking downtown on game nights!

I guess my point is where is Desjarlais going to go to be closer to home? He's from around Windsor and played in Windsor. Closest team is Hamilton. Definitely closer but not like playing at home.
