Saw this on the news. The flag literally came down the second it hit the top of the flagpole. Who makes a bet like this? Seemed completely pointless.
Wouldn't have hurt to use our current logo either.

Yes, way too serious. The thread title is pretty clear as to what the content will hold. For those who ride in on their high horse attempting to come across as superior, please step down, because you are achieving the opposite.
Sports is entertainment and does provide an opportunity to poke fun at others. It can be a release to the build up of emotions we have from real life. Things we can't say in real life because we will get fired, arrested, beat up, etc.
For those who do not "get" a rivalry in sports, there is probably a soccer game or a baseball game in your neighborhood park where everyone in attendance is chearing for a tie.
