I thought those sanctions were removed with the Iran deal with Obama? the reimposed by trump when he took office. Ironically easing sanctions against russia, who is a greater threat to the USA than Iran is... So... trump is going to reinstate Obama era sanction relief in exchange for Iran's cooperation in not pursuing Nuclear weapons?

I hope so... but where is the carrot here? He's been ratcheting tension with Iran since day one. I hope you are right.

I gotta say trump is actually on the right side of this US aggression towards Iran- https://www.washingtonpost.com/world/national-security/trump-frustrated-by-advisers-is-not-convinced-the-time-is-right-to-attack-iran/2019/05/15/bbf5835e-1fbf-4035-a744-12799213e824_story.html?noredirect=on&utm_term=.2b0ed38939de Oh wait... never mind

I totally forgot that Matthews was the first Bomber TD at IGF field “Amazing. It’s amazing, man,” Matthews said. “Being able to just run on here and see the new faces around here and look at the stadium… that’s where I did my jump right there (after scoring the first TD in IG Field history). Yesterday we were upstairs eating and I was looking out at the field and I was like, ‘Man, this is where it all started for me, where I got my name.’

Wow... this administration knows no bounds... Now there is a back channel between the WH and AG to keep a bit of a buffer between Barr and trump... Barr's son-in-law... ffs: https://www.vanityfair.com/news/2019/02/william-barr-son-in-law-white-house?verso=true

Yeah, it was something to see those excerpts highlighted on their own. helps drive the message home. I especially like the fact she is giving the page #

Wow, that is a solid $400 million investment. https://www.cnn.com/2019/05/19/us/morehouse-robert-smith-student-loans-trnd/index.html

Yeah totally! I was just reading an article in the NYT- it was really brutal the level of criminality gets a pass when YUGE amount of money is involved. I mean, yeah I understand corruption and all that but the level at (aptly called) D.B., is astounding.

I have no clue as to why I want this guy to succeed over the others... but man I do.

I'm all:

I disagree, I don't think he needs to be spearheading the impeachment train to show courage- I think that when you do the morally correct choice and stand to loose YUGE politically, that takes courage in today's political landscape.

I can't... too much of this impairs my bias.

Surprisingly hard hitter IIRC... Solid coverage too.

An expensive, old, national player? riders, C'MON DOWN!!!!

Wow. First Republican to go grow a spine and stand up for the country. Good on him. Will be interesting to see the fallout from this. Nice to finally see a GOP member of congress put Country before party.

BERNIE!

Solid post. I have heard a few rumblings about what you have mentioned above- do you have any links I can check out?

This is why I love AOC:

wow. you'd think they would have learned by now...

Ffs Worst. Casting. Ever.

Here he is hoisted in the air by GOP

good point.

What's crazy... is the fact the sanctions on Russian oligarch Oleg V. Deripaska were lifted this year. The Owner of Rusal, the Russian aluminium Company. The same company that is pumping in +$200 million into... the great state of Kentucky. Guess who voted to lift sanctions on the Russian Oligarch? Kentucky’s senators, Mitch McConnell and Rand Paul. Gee.... what the ****... they aren't even trying to hide this corruption. https://www.nytimes.com/2019/05/16/us/politics/rusal-investment-kentucky.html

Well how about that... witness tampering?
