An Arizona Coyotes fan got to take out her frustration on the mayor behind the decision to send the hockey team packing. KPNX-TV reports that disgruntled fan Ronda Pearson used a stun gun on Glendale Mayor Jerry Weiers on Saturday as part of a charity pledge. Weiers volunteered to be stunned with a Taser at the mall event if a $10,000 donation was made to an Arizona charity that supports first-responders. Firefighters determined Weiers was not injured. Organizers say Pearson and another Coyotes fan showed up with a $10,000 money order. Weiers and the Glendale City Council voted Wednesday to end an arena lease agreement with the Coyotes. A judge on Friday temporarily halted its termination. Pearson gained attention on social media for a public rant directed at Weiers.

Houston should be considered for a team. I think its the 4th largest city In USA. Rivaly with Dallas. Quebec City would be an easy win but that Separatist owner won't cut it with a lof of people. LV has the advantage of not having to compete with NBA or NFL like Seattle. Coyotes could stay if they just balanced their budget.

If its a pre-season Jets game, is that really a conflict? Like who the hell cares. That time of the year when Jets season starting and Bombers playoff hopes ending.

Glendale Council voted to kill Coyotes deal. Team has suggested they'll sue the city.

I was wrong about that St. Louis trade. Worked out well for both. NYR last year and Lightning this year. With Chicago going to finals again that Oduya trade just gets better n better.

I wanted them to win and to win the cup. That way we could say we lost to the eventual champs. Feels better. Just like the 80's!

Edm will try one year with McD and if it don't work out then I think a big name be traded. They might be one player away from a dynasty or maybe not. Sooner or later things are gonna click.

I am not saying that he's not good. I am saying that he was incredibly tired and didn't appear to really be in the game. Playing a full NHL season, and then two 7 game rounds of playoffs, and then flying half way across the world to jump on the ice with Russia was probably too much for him. Anyway, just asked the question. I wouldn't have taken Crosby in that condition. Maybe he goes to Russia for summer.

Mad Max looks amazing.... they did reshoots because the studio thought the movie was looking so good that they pumped in tens of millions of more dollars to make it even more awesome! I went to Mad Max last night and it was great, I'd give it a 7.5 out of 10 (mainly for the visuals). It sure isn't the low budget indy film that the original was and they put every dime to pretty good use. I'd recommend seeing it in theatres rather than waiting to watch at home. I thought it was interesting that the same actor was the main villain in this one (as Immortan Joe) & the original ( as Toecutter). He's completely unrecognizable in this one though so if you didn't know beforehand, you probably would never imagine it was the same guy. If you remember he had the same actor playing similar but different aviator characters for 2/3. Very confusing. Most peeps think its the same guy and it is but different character.
