Guess it depends how much $$ was freed up by Burris 'restructuring'... offence starters could have 50% of cap tied up in 12 players

Desjardins is going to put Ottawa into cap hell within 3 years and that will undue what little progress that franchise makes during that time. The other GM's must be gobsmacked.
