12 member coaching staff. That might be biggest in the CFL. I believe the Bombers had 9 last year.

In what way? They have Noel Thorpe &  we have Etcheverry. They have Rick Worman & we have Marcel. Just for starters that makes them better. Nothing wrong with that staff. 

Make shift staff, doesn't look great on paper right now, but I don't know if that staff is worse than ours.

I guess what he means is, it's quick (just under a week?) for Higgins to complete his staff . While O'shea is still missinng 2 positions... OL and LB.

Id rather O'Shea take his time and get the coaches he truly wants rather then jump the gun simply to get positional coaches in place..

But most of the Montreal staff was hired before Higgins was hired. Besides OC what coaches did he bring in.
