I don’t get why Koepke would be scratched. He was one of our most improved players last year. Good energy and speed.

It's his kid, Landon, but they definitely sound very similar.

He was with the Canucks for a couple seasons before getting hired here last month.

Wow with Bauer in the line up it's the first time I've seen this team have balls since the days of Buff. Finally, there's someone there to make sure our stars don't get messed with, without consequences. I predict a statue in Tyrel Bauer's future!

Sawyer beat out Ray for the job and Landon takes over for Sawyer. Universe taking forever to correct itself.

Overtime loss and 2 Bauer fights should be worth 2 points.

How bout that Viggo. Not bad.

Partway through the game I was thinking the same thing. That 4th line lacks a guy that will get to the puck first.

Nino looked bad. He didn't have his hands. Frequently mishandling the puck which is something he needs to do well to be effective. Maybe a 1st game thing. Didn't mind Vlad on the 4th line. Vlad, Koepke, Iafallo probably gives you enough speed and grit to be effective.

I had higher hopes for the 4th line. They looked out of place in today's NHL.

They should be rotating Vlad and Nino unless one is on a streak, then the other can sit.

They both had long streaks last year.

Pointless streaks.

I wonder which family is which? Is that Viggo's mom? Or his sister?
