BomberBall. Posted 19 hours ago Report Posted 19 hours ago At least they finally realized Namestnikov wasn’t contributing and benched him. I still don’t like Stanley and Schenn together…. Especially against a couple of the best players in the world.  I like some of the physicality they bring, but they are wildly slow.

And to make things worse Schenn doesn't seem to want to be with the Jets anymore. Wonder what the vibes are in the lockerroom and where each individual player is in what they contribute and/or not contribute to those vibes.

iHeart Posted 18 hours ago Report Posted 18 hours ago I better not find out one of the Vets is acting Toxic....again, they're supposed to be adults here.....or is there another gaming issue going on

Maybe a new tablet for the bench? Sorry I'm being much too harsh, he did just recently score his first goal in his last 7,789 games played. 🙂 Edited 18 hours ago by HardCoreBlue captaincanuck12 1

And Schenn in my opinion is lucky to be in the nhl and playing as much as he has. He’s part of the defensive problem. 38 minutes ago, HardCoreBlue said: Well it seemed to be a legit article but you never know maybe it was conjecture on the writers part. Kids apparently love it tho. 4 hours ago, BomberBall. said: He would be an easy guy to let go, if anyone is willing to give up something for him.  Maybe in a package deal. lol. They could waive him Nyquist and Pearson to the moose and they would clear. But at the deadline if you retain on them and jets would have to you might get a 4th rd pick. Edited 13 hours ago by Goalie
captaincanuck12 Posted 12 hours ago Report Posted 12 hours ago Much better effort by the Jets tonight and finally getting puck luck.  Noeller 1
captaincanuck12 Posted 11 hours ago Report Posted 11 hours ago And of course they give up a late goal in the second and the two goals in third to go down 4-3. Bad penalty by Nino.
HardCoreBlue Posted 11 hours ago Report Posted 11 hours ago Game is tracking just right based on the season thus far.
captaincanuck12 Posted 11 hours ago Report Posted 11 hours ago 11 straight games without a win. Amazing at the Vegas game and the oilers game played out the exact same way.Â
HardCoreBlue Posted 10 hours ago Report Posted 10 hours ago Saying Gavin McKenna under your breath after another loss tends to help a bit.

He's not THAT good. Like, he's a very good hockey player... But he's not the generational talent like McDavid or Crosby. This feels like a waste of a tank year... McKenna isn't even the consensus #1 at this point.

Bomberguy Posted 8 hours ago Report Posted 8 hours ago Well they can always tank next year as well (and may with Chevy as GM).

I sure did enjoy his playmaking abilities at the WJ’s. Regardless the Jets need some infusion of young elite talent to help support their core.
