What's to lose?

I understand the desire to shuffle, but I don’t understand those moves.  Pearson on the 2nd?  Vilardi on the 3rd?  Namestnikov still on the 2nd?  He is overvalued IMO.

At the very least, switch Pearson and Vilardi.  Pearson is not a 2nd liner and Vilardi is not a checker.

I think Arniel is down to desperate measures. Everything he (and other coaches before him) has not worked and unless something improves and soon, the playoffs will disappear over the horizon.

For f***** sake. 40 seconds in  and they get scored on.

The season was lost in the off season. We made no major upgrades anywhere. They gambled with JT and it hasn't paid off. Nyquist isn't even playing now.

This team is in all sorts of problems.

Thr off-season changes looked hopeful on paper, apart from Fly leaving for a massive pay raise, but it hasn't turned out that way at all. I think Nyquist is in tonight.

No, he is not.

You know I was ready to post that the first period aside from that cluster. F*** first a minute was pretty good and the Jets dominated play just not on the score sheet.

Then a b******* penalty at the end of the first leads to a power play goal for Dallas at the beginning of the 2nd.

Unfortunately, I think this is the team we're stuck with all year. We'll be lucky to even be an 8th seed.

And as I type this, there's the third goal against.

That penalty was total bullshit.  Then when we’re about to kill it off, Samberg has his stick held…. No call…. In our net.  We’re not a good team right now, but we’re also not getting anything breaks.

Disappointing to get another loss, for sure, but at least we showed some push offensively and actually outshot our opponent.

Still giving up too many high danger chances and we got creamed in the face off department and special teams.

Schiefs Is playing on a different level.  It will be a travesty if he does not make the Olympic team.

The rink in Italy is smaller by nhl standards....and accordingly hasn't been deemed safe???Maybe Scheif would be better off staying at home.....although he's being wasted the way the club is playing now....IF they don't start putting together some wins, the playoffs are going to be just a goodbye....

It's only 4 feet/2% shorter.

Lowry was 2/13 and Toews who's the #2 faceoff man in the NHL only took 2 draws.

Somebody said its not the coach, I disagree and say it is the coach. He's not blameless, the team doesn't show up more often than not.

Yeah, Lowry having a bad night really hurts because some of those losses were on the PK, giving Dallas instant possession.  So one stat feeds the other.
