Slow start by both teams. Kinda feeling each other out here. Looks to be more defensive than the Colorado series from last year. That bodes well for the Jets. Run and gun is fun but we don’t want that.

Something to definitely keep an eye on. I’d expect a St. Louis penalty shortly.

Jets kinda being ran in their own building. Gotta hit back here. Ehlers Vilardi don’t help that aspect and yup Stanley looks real slow and can’t make a pass tonight. Damn. I get the feeling we may be a bit to light for the playoffs style.

That’s not really true…. Blues clearly have the objective of hit everything…. Jets have hit back, but don’t need to lose composure and start looking to take runs.  Absorb it and stick to the game plan.

Jets look nervous to me.

No call on Barron getting picked and knocked down in front of our net…. 2-2.  Refs have been awful so far.

Jets look incredibly nervous and cannot figure out how to keep the puck out of their own end.  Tie game but geez this is a nerve-wracking first. 

They got to harness this energy better

D structure just goes bye in the playoffs I guess. If I’m Arniel I may take a fine after the game regardless of outcome cuz 3 of 4 goals were a result of reffing. 1 of the Jets and both blues goals. Is interference a thing still?

The D is garbage right now. No d structure. In the regular season we were number 1 in D. Helle was taking lots of shots from distance. Tonight most the shots have been from the slot area or closer. Uncovered guys.

does that 1st period look like the team who beat Vegas 4 0 or Dallas 4 0? Nope. It’s that. The D structure is non existent. Perhaps that period they learned cuz let’s hope cuz last year D structure went to crap also. They looked nervous and unorganized and perhaps overwhelmed. I think the whiteout screws with them mentally. I really do. But the refs need to call blatant interference especially when it leads directly to a goal and scoring chances.

maybe it is nerves, and considering they managed to achieve PXYZ this year I can see why they would be nervous they need to transfer those nerves elsewhere somehow
